There was not hot water nor iron for clothes. Staff was nice. No bottle of water provided, that is usual in 4 star hotels

What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around.

Goede service en erg nette en mooie kamer in het centrum van Leiden en een minuut lopen van het station! Echt een aanrader, wij zouden er zeker nogmaals heen gaan!
