"A very nice, clean furnished house with kitchen diner,leading to a small garden.There is also a down stairs loo. Upstairs has two bedrooms with double beds & a very nice bathroom with loo & shower.The place is very peaceful for a good night's sleep, provided you keep the windows shut. Both upstairs & downstairs has air conditioning. A very nice cafe is situated across the road & it's a five minute drive to Wanaka. The staff were very nice & friendly.We will definitely stay there again."

"Smooth checkin with very warm welcome greet. Everything works great and the small washing machine was free! I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! Leisure centre is 5 minutes drive away with great swimming pool and jacuzzi."

"With an internal small garden and close access to laundry facilities, people can get good rest inside the hotel and have a good chance to clean clothes accumulate along the journey. The construction within the premises does not affect too much as it turns quiet after 4:30pm. The bathroom is spacious and with two windows. It makes me feel comfortable with its space ,air ventilation and brightness. Our rental car can be parked in front of the room where is located at ground floor. It is convenient."

"Very good location is also very good. It is within ten minutes to go to Wanaka Lake and the supermarket. And the boss is very nice, the hotel is also very thoughtful, the night will use towels to help us cover the window to prevent ice. It is really intimate. There is everything in the house. Clean and tidy is really satisfied! It’s so fun to get up in the morning and open the door and have a kitten who takes the initiative to come in and stay and can’t leave."

"Welcome was great and tour of amenities was helpful (includes a jacuzzi that you can book for a time slot!) Hot tea/coffee was in the dining area, found it an extra hassle to get out of the room and to bring the hot drinks up the stairs. The cooked breakfast menu suited us well the morning (eggs Benedict). Some guests wanted just fried eggs but chef mentioned he was not allowed to modify them menu."

"The hotel is in a great location, within a ten-minute walk to Lake Wanaka, with a small supermarket opposite. The hotel's public kitchen is large, not many people use it, and the facilities are very complete. The balcony of the first-floor room can be opened directly to the opposite road, and the greenery is very good. The room is also clean and well-equipped, but there is no air conditioning. It is very hot in the summer daytime under the sun, so there is an electric fan. The shower room is designed with a glass semi-partition, without a shower curtain, and children can easily get water on the floor when taking a bath."

"It seems to be the best hotel in the area with a lake view. Wanaka is across the road. There is one living room and three bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The other two rooms share a shower room and toilet. There is a very spacious balcony and free parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The old lady at the front desk is very kind and friendly. There is a small swimming pool on the first floor, with a hot tub."
