Hôtel Mercure Albi Bastides

VERY NICE

Kudos to the Mercure Albi for their fabulous location in Albi just a short walk over the bridge into town, but with fabulous views from the hotel of the bridge and the cathedral. I was worried that I wouldn’t have a place to park my car, but their parking lot is excellent and easy to get to. The front desk personnel were very helpful in getting my luggage to one from my car. They also answered any questions I had about going to town they gave me a map, etc. I ate dinner at the hotel both nights because I have special diet restrictions. The menu was problematic for me, but the waitress Jessica persevered and along with the chef provided a meal for me that was excellent. My room had a fabulous view. It had two big windows with a wide shelf in front of both of them from my bed. I could see the bridge and the city. It was fabulous. I would go back in a heartbeat .

Restaurant de bonne qualité. Conseils très bons, notamment dans la découverte des mers locaux et des vins de région. Bon accueil. Chambre un peu vieillotte, mais la qualité la prestation ainsi que l’emplacement font oublié ce point. Très bien !

Très bon séjour, hôtel au cœur de ville très bon petit déjeuner …

Ce sera formidable après les travaux Vue magnifique sur la cathédrale du restaurant. Chambre un peu petite avec vue triste sur poubelles et gravats du chantier en cours. Par contre accueil sympathique et professionnel
