In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception. 2-room apartment 57 m2 on 1st floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC. Balcony, north facing position and, east facing position. Super uitzicht, het appartement is ietwat gedateerd, zeker de keuken maar dat maakt het ook weer charmant. Wel volledig voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.

Spartan furnished apartment. Everything is scarce but still sufficient. Both the kitchen and the bathroom would like a renovation. Actually everything is fine and we really enjoyed the week.
