It is composed of a living room, with kitchenette and lounge area, a very bright independent bedroom and a shower room. Located in a very small street, very close to Place Pie and Place des Carmes, Les Halles and a 5-minute walk from Place de l'Horloge and the Palais des Papes.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 22 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

The property was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay (my stay was unfortunately only 2 nights). Mika and Michel were lovely hosts. The location is close to the Marseille airport, so perfect for an early morning return flight. It is also centrally located to many places to visit / especially Aix en Provence.

Beautiful little apartment in the beating heart of Avignon
It was easy to get from the Avignon TGV station. Tge no. 20 bus, then a very straight 15 minute walk right into the centre of Avignon. To be fair, the property didn’t look that inviting from outside, but once we’d opened the door, it quite took our breath away. So cosy and cute. Everything we needed. It was cool, which was good as it was 28’ outside. Carrefour, a bar, boulangerie etc all within 50m of the apartment. The check in and communication with the owner was very good too. Would definitely reccinebd.

The location of this property was perfect for our short stay Avignon. We could walk to everything we wanted to see.
