"Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!"

"Great experience! Staff are awesome
What would make this an excellent rating?
1. Improve Internet connection in room 3B3. Experienced intermittent connection especially when attended an online meeting
2. Cignal goes to standy mode for 2 consecutive days around 2am
3. Revisit policies of early check in and late check out. Those these were requested with short notice,
A. Arrived at the hotel around 5:30am but check in still happened at 3pm.
B. Extended online work meeting but late check out was declined."
"Great place to stay..best choice we change here on our 2nd day in baguio.. the room were aesthetically great, with the municipal hall view and street.place were near in burnham and its in the center .. we love the space all of it i wish we couldve stayed more.. value for money, amenities were all perfect , from toiletries and cofee and heater inside. Cute space but undeniably great for couples. Friendly staff and approachable the servc were really superb too..welcomming and warm..hope our nxt trip we will stay here again..thank you so much😍😊trully value for money and really budget frien"
"Service was good overall, although there are things left to be improved. Room was comfy but for some reason, the fan is slow, which matters since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is good, too. Location is walkable from SM and Session, which is good. A bit of noise from the construction site nearby and Baguio cathedral bells but nothing disturbing about it. It's a good budget hotel.
One thing though, when we got to the hotel, the staff said they are not affiliated with Trip.com so our booking was rerouted to Agoda/Expedia, which was weird. We had to call Trip.com customer support to check."
"We had a great time staying at City Center Hotel. The room is clean, there's enough space for 5 people and it's perfect for families. However, the hotel's best feature is its location. The hotel is just along Session road so there's never any shortage of good grub place. Ililikha Arts and Crafts Village is just on the next kanto, a few ukay shops are just across City Center. Nice bakeries are also just around the corner. Burnham park is about an 8-10 minute walk. My family and I are frequent Baguio travellers and have stayed in a myriad of places but by City Center is one of the most if not the most accessible hotel that offers the most sulit price."
"Great service from the hotel staff. They provided ironing amenities and blower upon request. I even called at 5am to ask for toiletries and dental care on our last day and they were able to provide. The premises was clean and the location is out from the city but there’s a lot of taxis passing by so it’s not hard to go to the city. From our room I had a view of the sunrise."
"Location and transportation service is near to attractions like Burnham park and Baguio city night market you can take a walk and will only take 10-15mins. Walking distance to famous Good taste resto. 15-20 mins travel via taxi to La Trinidad strawberry farm with 130-150 pesos fare only.
Few issues we encounter is the room does hava AC but it not functioning. The weather is quite cold but when it comes to afternoon its humid.
The main issue is the parking area. We inform them of the early checkout but since the parking is small and crowded. We waited for 1 hr for the other guest to arrive and remove the car in the driveway. It's frustrating because our travel was delayed because of that.
Overall the experience is great. But i recommend to improve their coordination with the guest and parking to avoid travel delays. "

Very Good
GGuest UserAn enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night
AAnonymous UserWe had a rough booking process but in the end it was smoothen out. This was due to the typhoon that hit the country hard the day before. Trip was helpful in extending their service which as always is efficient. Our stay check in and our stay was nice. It was restful mostly but the first night. There was a bunch at the parking (room 451) who were loud even at wee hours.
The lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, figurines and there were dozens of lights. It was magical! The weather was terrific too.
Upon checking there’s PhP3000 deposit which was returned to us upon our checkout.
Our checkout process took us about 10 mins. We
GGuest UserIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!
AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Chalet Baguio during a recent trip and had a generally okay experience. The location is great—close to Burnham Park, Session Road, and other Baguio attractions. It’s convenient if you want to explore the city without spending too much time in transit.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe overall.
However, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. It felt more like a quick fix rather than something to look forward to in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, as breakfast can really set the tone for the day.
Also, parking space is limited, which can be a challenge during peak times.
IiamERICA0326Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏
Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! 🫶 Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!
AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.
KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!
JJoan EuniceLocation-wise, maganda sya kasi katapat na nya yung Burnham Park.
I feel like expensive sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view yung room kahit may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel is medyo old. You can have a similar price for a luxurious-feeling hotel sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we opted to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrifice. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance.
Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. So if may aalis kang kasama, need to coordinate sa reception or knock sa kasama all the time.
Mabait at helpful ang receptionist and guards.
Okay rin dahil may parking. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham or session road so parking our car sa hotel saved us the trouble sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park.
Not the best breakfast I had in Baguio. I was expecting more, like a buffet dahil nga sa price or atleast more appealing breakfast. Hindi mainit yung fried rice na naserve samin, so a little disappointing. Yung ulam is so-so lang din. I hope that can be improved.
If we'll visit again? Pwede, pero will not avail the breakfast na siguro and if priority parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham or Session.
GGuest UserThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.
GGuest UserI thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
The average price for hotels in Baguio is SAR 319 on weekdays, and SAR 330 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
