"The hotel has 3 buildings. We were staying in building 2 at the 4th floor. There was no hot water. After 20 minutes the water was a little warm. People came checking, the solution was put both hot water cranes, shower and sink on! It doesn't really helped, more than a little warm. That's it. They told us that the hot water boiler is in building 1 with a pipe under the parking place to building 2. Hopeless!! A day later I want to have shower, still no hot water. After complain at the desk we could have a room in building 1. Here was at least hot water. Wifi is on and off. If the central powerswitch is on it keeps going. For the light you can use one other switch. The breakfast is chinese only. Start early or there is less to choose. They don't fill it up. For touristic information you must not be in the hotel. We could get some information at the busstation. There is no tourist information office at all in Tekes, only at Kalajun Ecological Tourist Area for visiting Kalajun grassland."
