The apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located at the bottom of the port street with a side view of the sea, 50 meters from it, and about 100 m from the footpath. Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes:- a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo,- a kitchen open to living room:a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster.- a shower room with a large shower- a separate toilet- a washing machine- a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet- a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet.The bedding of our rooms is new.We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed.Our apartment also has a garage available.
