(Guests can fill propane tank at Mercantile just minutes away or at gas station; propane is not included.) Gorgeous views of the mountains and adjacent to Girdwood park land for the feeling that you are nestled in the woods, yet plenty of southern exposure including the entire front balcony. A long-term tenant occupies the ground floor apartment and uses the parking space on the left as you pull up to the house.
