The drop leaf table in dining area can seat 8.The house was built in 1927 for Kid Wilson, an interesting Cody character. In 1946 he sold to Breck Moran, editor of the Cody Enterprise our local newspaper. Breck was an Ivy League educated man who dug out the basement to add the two bedrooms and bath and laundry as his family grew. Nick Patrick, a local native, added much to the charm of the house before it returned to the Moran family. It was purchased by Ann Simpson from Betsy Moran Sartou in April of 2015.
