أفضل فنادق فينيكس مع شرفة

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

Front desk was very helpful. Had a long morning traveling and they were able to get us an early check-in. Much appreciated.

This hotel is situated in such a quiet and clean location. Cant wait to be back here!

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

خدمة النقل التكميلية مثالية إذا كنت شخصاً بحاجة للوصول إلى المطار. كانت الغرف مريحة، فسيحة ونظيفة نسبياً. الموظفين ودية ومفيدة ومهذبا. وسائل الراحة هي فقط، ونحن نذهب إلى الفنادق الأرخص التي تقدم مجاناً للمياه والافطار مجاناً. لقد انتهى بنا الأمر باستخدام التوصيل لتغطية وجباتنا منذ أننا لم نقود أي مكان. المسبح ايضا جميل و مكافأة لطيفة. كنت أتمنى أن احضر الحقائب الخاصة بي إلى المسبح. وعموما تجربة رائعة بالنسبة للسعر الذي دفعناه.

This was a good visit. Check in went smooth and front desk people were very nice. The room still had a $5 tip sitting on the table, no coffee cups, 1 glass was missing it's little paper covering. The shower was a bit sketchy on if someone had used it and the iron was sitting out. I feel they cleaned the room and then someone used the room for a quick change. I really don't know. It was late, we were tired, so we told the front desk - they did offer to move our room - but the bed looked fine so we just stayed. Also in this room the toilet always looked like it was on the verge of overflowing. I would have someone check that out. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly.

I was a solo traveler. Would be absolutely great for a family. Almost made me wish I had children or a family to swim and do activities with. Rooms are huge and roomy with balcony for single traveler.
