The house has beautiful dark wood flooring throughout and a great design with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops and an adjacent great room living space and dining room.The Primary Bedroom has a California King-sized bed with large-screen television and ceiling fan. It’s equipped with a newly remodeled bathroom featuring double sinks, and a large shower and has loads of closet space.The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a full closet, and has easy access to the shared full bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, and a rain head shower.The patio area has a private hot tub, outdoor dining, barbecue, fire table, and also a seating area for relaxation while taking in the gorgeous beach climate.Very centrally located a short distance from the beach and has easy access to a variety of local markets, coffee houses, and dozens of restaurants and bars.PETS_We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.
