The Ning Resort Ubud

Lovely clean rooms. We stayed in a two bedroom villa. Two rooms connected by external stairs in your own little alcove with a lockable gate. Private pool was great. Strangely upstairs room didn’t have a shower, but hand held shower head over the bath was fine. Beautiful views over the jungle. Really enjoyed our stay with friendly staff. Shuttle in to town was helpful but they could do with an extra service at 5-6pm for dinner. The Orchid restaurant on site served nice local food but it was good to try some of the other places in ubud central too. The only difficulty with location was it was a little way out of town and Grab ride-share apps couldn’t ’pick-up’ from the hotel due to local dispute with the taxi service who charge more for the same journey. Minor inconvenience. Certainly offset by being away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud

I stayed here with my son for one night. Rooms were very well appointed with nice cosmetics and complimentary bottled water. We were also offered complimentary afternoon tea. Its a lovely calm environment with an on site spa but disappointingly we could not get a slot for a treatment. Breakfast was good and great to see some monkeys on the wild across the infinity pool while we were eating, The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is the pool and other areas would benefit from a bit of a refresh/jet was to keep up the luxury aesthetic. But overall a lovely tranquil visit with a real ‘jungle’ feel

Absolutely brilliant resort. The staff can’t do enough to help you. The facilities are the best standard. The warm welcome and service is unmet in any other resort we have stayed in. The rooms are amazing and everything is modern and clean. The location is perfect distance from town (10 mins on a grab bike) so it’s in the peaceful forest but close enough. Can’t fault the stay. We also had photographer included and massage and could not reccomend both services enough. Also, wanted to mention a trainee waitress who served us most of the stay who was brilliant ! She was so kind and attentive and did everything to help us.

Simply fantastic, situated between the rice fields and the jungle, not far from the restaurants. Everybody is really friendly and everything looks amazing. The pool was beautiful and the rooms were excellent, two beautiful balconies. And to top it off. The food and the service was excellent! Really felt like we were part of the royal family🤪

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ari – sie war besonders engagiert, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch die anderen Mahlzeiten waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, sodass ich mich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Leider bin ich während meines Aufenthalts krank geworden. Das Hotelpersonal hat sich in dieser Zeit sehr gut um mich gekümmert: Man brachte mir Tee und frisches Obst aufs Zimmer und erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach meinem Befinden. Das hat mir gezeigt, wie viel Wert hier auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

This property is BEAUTIFUL along with the services. I can honestly say that Benny from transportation, ETA from the Spa, I can’t remember all of the staff names because it’s too many to name. Everyone was so welcoming from the beginning to the end. The food was AMAZING! The only thing that wasn’t offered was the VIP room upgrade and I only believe that every hotel will mention that the free upgrade isn’t available only because they rather keep those rooms open to receive revenue other than giving it away. Which is ok, the room we had was still nice, on my next trip to this location, I’ll just book that “ Free upgrade room” 😊 The Floating breakfast was really really nice! Thanks to the crew that put that together! I also, enjoyed the birthday song with the cake! Thanks for coming up to the room and singing happy birthday to her, this really made her happy along with myself🤗 I truly want to thank the Entire Hotel Ning Resort crew for the WONDERFUL experience and for that I WILL be returning with the rest of my family next year.
