PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY - MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE!
When last your product Manager site this hotel and check the condition?
The check in process was slow - I don’t blame the staff infact the staff was super nice. Ayu especially super nice. She was heavily pregnant but still very helpful. However there are no other staff but there are like 7 trainees Who is not well trained!
The room was not ready at 3 pm! I was terribly tired because of the flight but Because I feel sad looking at the situation of front office - and I comeback later after 9 pm
When I arrived to the hotel by 9 pm, the duty person was asking my name twice while I told him I have checked in but the room was not ready and point to my bags which was left behind the counter - extremely confused what happened here!
When I reach the room, it was terrible
No specific view except of a a balcony which is facing a wall while wall! (Check photo)
No other toiletries as what the confirmation letter said, except for soap toothbrush the rest is nothing more (Check photo)
The bottom cabinet was rotten and open (Check photo)
The hairdryer was not in the room (Check photo)
The body wash and shampoo area was discolored and rusty (Check photo)
The mirror was smudged (Check photo)
Good tray was not cleared for hours and got smelly (Check photo)
To get a late checkout was hard enough the guy asked to call again at 9 am the next morning!
I am so DISAPPOINTED with my stay and I demanded my stay to be refunded!
