خلال رحلتي الأخيرة إلى المدينة الساحلية، حظيت بشرف الإقامة في منتجع أوشن فيو، جوهرة خفية فاقت كل توقعاتي. منذ لحظة وصولي، عرفتُ أنني سأخوض تجربة مميزة. يقدم المنتجع مزيجًا مثاليًا من الفخامة والراحة والخدمة الاستثنائية، مما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا للاسترخاء والمغامرة. الموقع والأجواء أول ما لفت انتباهي في منتجع أوشن فيو هو موقعه المذهل. يقع الفندق على جرف يطل على مياه الخليج الصافية، ويتمتع بإطلالات بانورامية خلابة. كان صوت الأمواج الهادئ وهو يتلاطم على الشاطئ رفيقًا مهدئًا لي طوال فترة إقامتي. صُمم المنتجع بشكل جميل يندمج بسلاسة مع محيطه الطبيعي، حيث تُضفي المساحات الخضراء الوارفة والحدائق ذات المناظر الطبيعية الأنيقة جوًا من الهدوء والسكينة. الغرف والمرافق كانت غرفتي واسعة، ومزينة بذوق رفيع، ومجهزة بجميع وسائل الراحة التي قد أحتاجها. كان السرير الكبير مريحًا للغاية، وتتميز الغرفة بنوافذ كبيرة تسمح بدخول وفرة من الضوء الطبيعي. كان الاستيقاظ على منظر المحيط كل صباح ساحرًا بحق. كما زودت الغرفة بحمام عصري مجهز تجهيزًا كاملاً، مزود بدش مطري، ولوازم استحمام فاخرة، ومناشف ناعمة - كل ما أحتاجه للاسترخاء التام. كانت مرافق المنتجع رائعة بنفس القدر. كان المسبح الخارجي اللامتناهي، بإطلالته الخلابة على المحيط، المكان الأمثل للاسترخاء بعد يوم من الاستكشاف. قدم السبا الموجود في المنتجع مجموعة من العلاجات المُجددة للنشاط، واستمتعتُ بجلسة تدليك مريحة جعلتني أشعر بالانتعاش التام. ولمن يستمتعون بالنشاط، يضم المنتجع صالة رياضية مجهزة بالكامل، ومجموعة متنوعة من أنشطة الرياضات المائية على الشاطئ، بما في ذلك الغطس والتجديف بالكاياك. تجربة تناول الطعام كان تناول الطعام في منتجع أوشن فيو من أبرز تجاربي. يقدم المنتجع خيارات طعام متعددة، لكل منها أجواءه وقائمة طعامه الخاصة. وقد استمتعتُ بتناول العشاء في مطعم على شاطئ البحر، حيث استمتعتُ بمجموعة شهية من المأكولات البحرية المحلية والأطباق العالمية. تم إعداد صيد اليوم الطازج بإتقان، وكانت الخدمة لا تشوبها شائبة. كان الموظفون يقظين وودودين وذوي خبرة، وقدموا توصيات ممتازة، وحرصوا على أن تكون كل تفاصيل تجربة تناول الطعام مثالية. لتناول الإفطار، قدم بوفيه المنتجع مجموعة واسعة من الخيارات، من المعجنات الطازجة والفواكه الاستوائية إلى الأطباق الساخنة المُعدّة حسب الطلب. كان منظر شروق الشمس الصباحي فوق المحيط مع احتساء فنجان من القهوة الطازجة بداية مثالية لكل يوم. خدمة العملاء من أبرز مميزات منتجع أوشن فيو خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية. منذ لحظة تسجيلي، شعرتُ وكأنني ضيف مميز. بذل الموظفون قصارى جهدهم لضمان راحة إقامتي، حيث قدموا توصيات شخصية واستجابوا لطلباتي الخاصة دون تردد. لقد جعلوني أشعر وكأنني في بيتي، مما أضاف لمسة شخصية إلى تجربتي. الخلاصة في الختام، يُعد منتجع أوشن فيو وجهةً راقيةً أوصي بها بشدة لكل من يبحث عن ملاذ هادئ وفاخر. سواء كنت تبحث عن ملاذ رومانسي، أو عطلة عائلية، أو مجرد مكان للاسترخاء، يوفر لك هذا المنتجع كل ما تحتاجه لإقامة لا تُنسى. بفضل موقعه الفريد، ومرافقه المتميزة، وخدماته الممتازة، فهو حقًا مكانٌ لصنع الذكريات. سأعود بالتأكيد في زيارتي القادمة للمنطقة.

Clean with very basic room for accommodation. Hotel staff are helpful. Good for short stay. Many domestic travellers who smoke and it becomes a nuisance if you are non-smoker. Don't expect much from this hotel. Skip the breakfast if you are not domestic traveller. Location is very near to COZY SPA, a very good/reputable massage and a must try for scalp & foot treatment. Also there is a shopping mall and hospital next to COZY.

Pros: the breakfast was fine(but the coffee was very weak), staff were polite, room was an okay size for our three night stay Cons: room floor was swept but not mopped, the water from the 'toilet shower' smelt like sewage, the pool was closed for the duration of our stay, the hotel was tired looking Long story: On our first night there was a group of students (maybe middle school). They ran around and made noise, but luckily they stopped at around 10pm. On our last night the hotel hosted another group of students(maybe high school age). They were running around the corridors, shouting, ringing doorbells and generally being loud. There was also an event in the ballroom with loud music. At about 9pm we asked the front desk about when the event would finish and when the noise would be controlled. We were told 10pm. A little after 10pm the event finished, but the students were hanging around the pool area(the rooms surround the pool area) being loud, and still running around the corridors. I called the front desk and complained. Someone spoke to them and they were quieter for a while, but still in the pool area. The noise gradually increased and a little after 11pm someone rang our doorbell and ran away(possibly an honest mistake). We returned to the front desk and complained. We asked to speak to the teachers and told the desk worker that the students shouldn't be in the outside common area at that time. Basically nothing was done to control them. At about 1am our neighbor(one of the students) was on their balcony watching tiktok at full volume. We asked them to be quiet and they were, but even after that there were students moving about, the odd shouts or loud laughs and doorbell sounds. Our night's sleep was ruined. The hotel did basically nothing to control the levels of sound and ensure the comfort of their guests. We were extremely disappointed. Up until that point we were mainly satisfied. The hotel should have a policy to ensure student groups behave in a way that doesn't disturb other guests. They should either ensure they are in their rooms by a certain time or only allow student groups if they hire out the whole hotel.

The 100 Sunset Hotel in Kuta has impressed us time and again during our stays over seven weeks. We stayed there four times in total and felt warmly welcomed every time. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, friendliness, and top-notch service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The extremely friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, always striving to meet our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is ideal—central yet quiet. You can quickly reach the main attractions in Kuta while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The pool area is another highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The 100 Sunset Hotel is definitely a place we are happy to return to. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay!
