Villa Bukit Segara

The staff was very friendly, we saw families, retired people, and couples. The villa is one of the more quiet places. There are some places that might be closer to the beach, but this one was close to the ocean. Which helped us to sleep so well! Most beaches are a 10-15min walk or a few min scooter away. 

It was nice ! The room is great. The swimming pool with the view on the sea is really great.

I had a fantastic stay at The Villa. The room was spacious with a wonderful ocean view and had a separate dressing room and bathroom. Immaculately clean and the service was exemplary with special mention to Sylvia and Sery. Breakfast had a number of options from a menu of 3 courses and the restaurant also served lunch and evening meals which were varied and to excellent standard. I also ate at local restaurants during my stay but found none better than at the Villa. What really set this apart for me was the sailing expedition to Bali and Lombok. There were 4 of us on the trimaran including Mike and Arden (the Balinese instructors / crew), which was set up in a hybrid of a Balinese Jukung with a European sail config. We sailed to Gili Meno on day 1 and pulling up on the sand to walk 50 yards to the beach hotel was wonderful experience. The Gili accommodation was spacious and clean over two floors with the bedroom on the top floor and bathroom / seating areas below. It also had a bar / restaurant. Basic but good. Day 2 was to Lombok and again good accommodation and food. During the expedition there was also plenty of time to relax, snorkel or more sailing. The instructors were very flexible to our requests. Derk, the owner, was also very keen to get our feedback and to improve the experience. In summary, the whole trip was superb and would recommend for others without hesitation.

The very friendly and relaxed atmosphere makes for a really pleasant stay at Villa Bukit Segara. We particularly loved the beautiful and very spacious verandah of the master bedroom with spectacular sea view. Food was delicious, breakfast as well as dinner and was probably the best we had in Amed. There is a direct access to the sea where you can snorkel straight off the beach. Staff and owner made us feel very welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. A big Thank You to everyone at Bukit Segara, we really enjoyed our stay with you.

“ホテルからプールにすぐに出られる” 目の前の海は遠浅で、すぐに珊瑚があり、魚もたくさん泳いでいます。 他のエリアから船で来て、ここの海でシュノーケルをしてるグループもいました。私達はシュノーケル目的でここに来ました。なので、その目的にはピッタリな宿でした。 アメッドまでは空港から4時間以上タクシーでかかりました。これは、とても長く疲れる旅でしたが、バリ島には何度も来ていたので、アメッドにはぜひ行ってみたいと思っていました。 このホテルは坂道の上にある為、散歩をするのにはとても疲れました。アメッドの中心地までも少し遠いです。その分、落ち着いてもいます。 ホテル周辺には歩いて10分圏内でスパやレストランが数軒あり、目の前にはコンビニもあるので便利です。日中はプールで遊ぶか、ツアーに出かけるかのどちらかの過ごし方になります。 私達は3人でファミリールームに泊まりました。広いベッドと十分な広さの部屋があり、プールもとても近くて快適に過ごせました。あと、半屋外にあるバスタブも贅沢な感じがしました。 従業員の方がいつも声をかけてくださり、家族のようにリラックス出来ます。皆さん私達が今日の予定を立てるのに手伝いをしてくれました。 日本語が少し話せるスタッフもいました。 朝食メニューはシンプルでしたので、長く滞在すると飽きてしまうかもしれません。

Beautiful place, rustic style, amazing view of the sea, right next to the beach and snorkelling, nice pool, sailing, good staff too. You can have a sailing lesson here on a traditional tri-maran with a modern sailing rig. They even offer sailing trips to the gilli islands
