For me overall is good. Location nice. Villa comfortable. Clean. And all the staff are good and very helpful. specially for me, this villa is affordable price. Me and my wife are very enjoyed to stay with this villa. thank you .

This place is definitely NOT 4 star. It is 1 star at most. The photos they use must be 20 years old. The whole venue is in major disrepair. In my room, the celing fan didn't work, timbers were rotting, the furniture was falling apart and dirty, there was still rubbish from a previous guest in the room, no toilet paper, dirty and not full pool, the doors that were supposed to open onto the pool were bolted shut with blocks of wood, there were ants....and the list goes on. I left in 1 hour as I couldn't stay there and they are refusing to refund me my full stay, despite the local manager admitting the issues with the place. Don't stay here.

It been 5 nights at the kanjeng villa seminyak, near sunset road and I’ll stay 12 nights in here.all the staff from security, reception, all the staff very nice since the day i arrived they give me a very warm welcome and provide me the room like i request near the pool.i book delax room near the pool, the staff Henny she’s so kind, they always clean my room,my room very clean and nice,This villa actually very nice, i saw alot bad review,its not like what they said just the prob is the grab car taxy can't pick up from this area,but the motor bike grab gojek can come in and pick me up. I can order food by grab and gojek,this area near the center of seminyak, you can go arround with motor bike Taxy.Just this villa need proper maintenance from the owner, very nice villa but lack of maintenance, it’s not look new, but clean and comfortable. Air condition, water is work very well, they hve warm and cold water for shower, bathroom and closet is ok. If book Delax room bring your own hair dryer cause they don’t provide hair dryer at the delax room, but you can kindly request to the staff and they are happy to bring it in your room. So far I have good experience. The staff make this place like a home, the owner choose the right kind polite and very hospitality staff
