My partner and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. The comfort and attention to detail made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. 🌿 Pool Paradise The resort’s pool area is a true highlight—lush, serene, and thoughtfully laid out. We loved lounging on the daybeds, dipping into the hot and cold plunge pools, and taking advantage of the direct poolside service (a lifesaver under the Bali sun!). The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus, offering the best of both worlds. 👏Exceptional Service The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From warm greetings to swift responses to requests, their attentiveness truly elevated the experience. Minor Drawbacks ⚠️ Toilet Drainage Smell We occasionally noticed a slight odor from the bathroom drainage, which was a bit off-putting. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something the hotel might want to address. 🚿 Inconsistent Shower Temperature The water heat fluctuated a few times during showers, which was inconvenient, though manageable. Final Thoughts Despite these small issues, the Grand Hyatt Bali delivered a fantastic blend of relaxation and luxury. Very good atmosphere on the territory, beautiful sightseeings. The ocean is perfect to swim. The breakfasts are delicious. Best regards to the hotel stuff 🙏

The location and amenities of the hotel is good. The service is average and a bit slow. When you need something, like flat iron, it is most of the time not available. The sound proofing of the room is not good, its quite noisy. We've stayed here for 9 nights at 4th floor and 2nd floor. The staff are friendly and approachable.

Here for our honeymoon and was surprised to be given room upgrade to Rooftop suite! It was amazingly big and comfortable. The balcony was super huge and comes with a bathtub and a big space to chillax. Manage to catch sunrise in this suite as well. Service staff were very friendly. Just a little bit of hiccup with the Netflix access, it was handled by the technician , however later on it was not able to access again. So we gave up. Other than that, it was still an amazing first time Bali Experience for me.

The lobby is nice, very spacious and plenty of seats while waiting check in. But the check in time is after 3pm which is a bit late compared with our hotels at 2pm. We booked on the day so it was a bit last minute. The booked the standard room on the lower ground. When we entered the room it was very smelly, feels like humid and mouldy. Because it was lower ground which is like basement so there is no windows and also there are no fans in the bathroom, ventilation is not good for that type of room. If you stay more than 1 night, it’s better to book the higher level room which has windows or balcony. There is wear and tear which is fine but they need deep cleaning regularly to maintain the room to high standard to match the 5 star rating. You can see the dirty marks on the tiles and dust around TV table areas. Not sure if they do vacuum regularly. The bedding quilt and sheet are humid, not sure if it is because of the poor ventilation or they haven’t dried them completely in the dryer. The bad smell which they can probably add some diffuser or room spray to make it smell pleasantly. There is room to improve the cleanliness for sure. The breakfast is nice, many choices but you need to wait a bit to be seated. There is free shuttle bus to Bali collection which is nice. The amenities are nice there are beach club, swimming pools and heaps of kids activities. Will be better suit for families for holidays. The location is ok in Nida dua, no traffic jam heading to airport on 31 Dec, cheaper to call bluebird taxi to travel around.

It is a resort with private beach and good for family with young kids. Breakfast was included in our deal which was excellent with lot of choices, particular fruits and fresh juices.  Staffs are helpful and room is large and clean. Resort's location is almost at the end of the road which is a bit far from the shopping and entertainment area.  But can get GRAB car share service to go anywhere.  Recommend for family with kids.  Thanks 

This looks like a huge family-home-turned B&B. Located in the far North of Nusa Dua, the surrounding environment is quiet and calm. If you prefer a lot of activities and people, this may not be the right place. The beach is accessible by a few minutes walk. However the beach is for water spots and not for swimming. Service of the B&B is okay with friendly staff. Utilities are dated and not many, but since the price is low and very competitive, there's no complain. No many restaurants in the neighborhood.

The first thing that caught my attention was the almost complete lack of power outlets — there are barely any, and the ones that do exist are placed in inconvenient and hard-to-reach spots. The second issue is sound insulation: you can clearly hear noises from the hallway in the room, even though the soundproofing between rooms is quite good. The third — and it’s really uncomfortable — is the placement of the light switches: they’re on the opposite side of the bed. So if you’re lying down, you can’t turn off the light above you yourself. You have to ask your partner to turn off the light above you, while you do the same for them. It makes no sense. As for the beach — swimming is not really an option: as soon as you get waist-deep, you run into seaweed. That’s why we mostly used the pool, though unfortunately, its depth is no more than 1.2 meters. Other than that, everything was fine. . Первое, что бросилось в глаза — очень мало розеток (считай что нет совсем), и расположены в неудобных и труднодоступных местах. Второй момент — слышимость: звуки из коридора отлично слышны в номере, хотя между номерами шумоизоляция на уровне. Третье — и это жутко неудобно, выключатели располагаются на противоположной стороне кровати. То есть, если ты лежишь над собой, свет выключить не можешь. Ты можешь выключить на противоположной стороне кровати. Получается, ты должен просить свою жену, чтобы она выключила свет над тобой, а ты над ней. Ну, тупизм. Что касается пляжа — купаться невозможно: уже на глубине по пояс начинаются водоросли. По этой причине чаще пользовались бассейном, жаль его глубина не более 1,2 метра. В остальном — все нормально.
