Four Points Hotels in Bangkok

The hotel is next to the metro and has quite a fair bit of good eateries nearby. However, you can still see the remnant of the earthquake as the walls of hotel cracked (so is the room), they might want to remedy this as this doesn’t shout great, for the brand.

Location is great but the buildings are a bit old and room seems not so spacious. Swimming pool is small and there's no guard or stop on duty. I saw someone swimming without having proper swimming suit. Appreciated a little cake as my birthday treat. breakfast is just OK

1: The overall price is high, it's about 800+ per night 2: The design of the bathroom is obviously problematic, the shower water often doesn't flow or flows very slowly, if you take a shower for a while, the water will flow into the washroom or even the room, there are obvious design problems 2: The room was not cleaned proactively on the first night, I went back to the hotel and told the front desk at night, and then the waiter was arranged to clean it carelessly, the service quality needs to be improved, and the hotel trash can is not covered with trash bags 3: It is far from the subway station, and it is not easy to drive in Grad to get a taxi because it is a one-way street 4: There is a glasses uncle at the front desk who is very good at service and has a high level of literacy, but the overall service awareness of the hotel front desk is very strong 5: The room is relatively small, and the overall price of hotels in this area is relatively high. I may stay in the SiLom area next time 6: Don't eat the snacks in the room, they are charged, I didn't check carefully when I checked in
