搞忘記續住，過時了才通知，通知了不能續住，太坑了

這家酒店房間面積還可以就是衞生間都人為設計的非常的小

很安靜，很乾凈

Location was a 2 minute walk from Silom Road. Kind and efficient service at the front desk. Rooms had clean sheets and towels, but corners of the room were a bit dirty. Room itself was spacious, and bed was a medium firmess- super comfortable!

Good location and room is cleaned. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

對於一個獨遊的女生來說 📍地點 這個地點非常好～ 站點位於市中心，去哪都方便！ 熱鬧的街區在另外一邊，完全不吵雜 📍房間設備 乾淨明亮，房間大小格局剛剛好，雖然沒有衣櫃，但有直立衣架可掛衣服，洗漱台在廁所外跟桌子一起，不大但也很夠用！ 📍小缺點 廁所的門沒有緩衝，要小心關門不然聲音會很大～ 冰箱的櫃子因漏水潮濕看起來很舊 整體非常好，有機會一定會再入住～～～～

The room is cozy and comfortable, looks new and clean. The hotel location near walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS.

추가수건을 차지를 받아요. 화장실 유리문이 너무 쾅 닫혀서 소리에 놀랍니다. 익일에 마하나콘 더스텐다드를 가기위해 잠시 묵는 일정으로 1박했습니다. *한국의 모텔수준의 방입니다. 탁자가 없어서 배달시켜먹는데 지장이있었어요. 우리 커플에겐 정말 아쉬운 숙소였어요. 잠만잤습니다. *아! 건물 왼쪽으로 세븐일레븐 편의점이 가끼이 있고 그앞에 노점 식당에서 모든메뉴 80바트에 맛난 식사를할 수 있어요.

Friendly staff

We stayed at the Artino hotel for a couple of nights on a short visit to Bangkok. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location is good if you want to spend time around Lumphini/Silom (the Mahanakhon building is only a short walk away). Any further and you need to take a taxi or BTS. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back next time we are in Bangkok.

I stayed for five nights with Test and Go package. When I arrived I had to be quarantine in the room with no food or drink to offer from 10 am to late afternoon. The reception tole me to help myself to order food on line where I had no idea how to order it. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable stay. Upgraded from standard to superior, which was lovely, but still surprised to see small shower/toilet with handbasin outside in the room. No power outlet near hand basin. No window to outside. Clean, comfortable & friendly staff. Close to everything including BTS
