周邊環境很好，就是商家説的距離海邊距離700米，這個有點…………因為酒店是在山上，是讓我直接滾下去直接到海邊嗎😔😔

部屋は綺麗で広かった。 もともとの建物が古く、また立地が山の中ということもあり、部屋の中にヤモリやトカゲ、虫がたくさんいました。 リネン類は清潔でした。 全般的にスタッフの対応は良かったが、食事などの時間が限られていたり、レンタル自転車で走れるエリアが限定的だったりしました。

很高興第一次到蘇比克就選擇這家飯店，員工非常友善，總是笑臉迎人！遇到問題都會幫忙解決，這次出遊遇到台灣除夕夜，還特別提供一個漂亮的用餐區讓我們使用！非常感謝！早餐在泳池畔邊用餐，非常特別！早餐也很美味！

All the staff at Emerald Manor Hotel by Crown Peak in Subic were attentive, courteous, and respectful. They made our stay comfortable from April 17 to 19. The unlimited coffee station is a nice service for customers. The location is calm and relaxing, far from the noisy and chaotic city center. However, you need a car to visit the place. Their restaurant's food is OK, but it is a nice outdoor setting. The downside of our stay was that we were accommodated in a room without a window, which they didn't inform us of during our booking because we booked directly by calling the hotel. It felt like we were in a submarine, cage, or prison cell. The walls are made of drywall gypsum board/hardiflex or plywood. Therefore, we can hear the noise in the hallway and other noisy customers; in fact, there were a lot of customers who thought they owned the place and made a lot of noise. The staff should have also addressed those disrespectful customers. For the 2 nights that we stayed, there were incidents of loud and noisy customers every night. I even called the front desk about this on our first night. Another downside is that all the staff are standing in the hallway around the coffee area and looking at customers when we are walking towards the reception. There is nothing wrong with this; it just made me uncomfortable. Those are the reasons for the rating I gave.
