AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

WWangziI stayed at this hotel two years ago and thought it was good. I decisively booked this hotel again for this business trip. The location is very good, and the surrounding area is very convenient for eating and shopping! The hotel price is also very favorable, the front desk service is very good, the room is very clean, and there are many kinds of breakfast! A nice break experience!

GGuest UserIt's clean and the breakfast is rich. I told the front desk that there are elderly people and they got an upgrade for free. There is also Tremella soup in the lobby to relieve the heat. It focuses on comfort. The sister at the front desk also introduced the local food and the surrounding food. There are many, there are charging piles in the main parking lot, which is really good, and my family highly recommends it. PS: Hahaha, I took this photo when I left, so my family can experience it for themselves.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

TTianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. The hotel is in good condition, the room is large enough, clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the front desk upgraded the luxury king-size bed for free. However, the price on Ctrip is much more expensive than other booking channels. I don't know why? I hope Ctrip can have a good discussion with the hotel about the price. Booking 3 nights on Amap only costs 600 yuan. I am a Ctrip black diamond VIP, and it costs 390 yuan per night. It is indeed much more expensive. I hope Ctrip will not charge for the price!

ZZhangyongtao位置極佳，就在新舊兩處玉石交易市場裡，對面就是且末的大巴扎一條街，那兒也是夜市。位於大樓轉角處的透明獨立電梯直達四樓就是旅館。一樓附近各種中西式的餐館和小賣部林立，吃東西不成問題，選擇足夠了。
旅館的房間乾淨新穎，服務人員也很熱心，還會主動幫忙打電話聯繫並預約早上六點的計程車(出租車)，但價錢要30，大概正常跳表價格的三倍。
房間隔音尚可，但底部門縫太大，人來人往時噪音有點大，晚上也聽得到打呼聲。
早餐屬於家常，稀粥豆漿，幾樣炒菜味道很好，還有饅頭和鹹菜花生，但遇上人多時可能很快就沒了，廚房也未補菜，殘羹剩飯也是吃得飽，只要不介意的話。
總體而言住宿價錢屬於中上，但住得很舒服，外出逛街吃飯購物都極為方便櫃台服務也很貼心(還有賣飲料泡麵)，仍值得推薦♥👍
