Paloma Grida

Currently staying at paloma grida, so far everything has been amazing. We arrived on 21st June the day it re opened after a big renovation. Everything has been brilliant from the friendly and accommodating staff ( especially Mutlu at the pool bar) the pillows soft like marshmallows and the room has a very modern updated feel. The food is brilliant, we have eating at one of the Al a cart restaurants (wabi sabi) and the buffet restaurant has something for everyone. So far the evening entertainment has been great with live music, a circus act and the hotel dj playing. The Animation team have made sure there is always something to do during the day, darts, Zumba, water polo and are very helpful and able to answer any questions. Shout out to ( Rolrnd, Olya, Tugce, Yigit, Gunay, Mehlika)

Прямо сейчас находимся в отеле, входим в топ рискнувших и оказавшихся первыми посетителями, тк отель сдвигал открытие. Отель очень красивый, с иголочки, уникальный эко дизайн, современная отделка и мебель. Отель очень старается сделать отдых незабываемым и у него это получается. Сервис на 5, чего только стоят презенты по прибытию первым постояльцам. Всем сомневавшимся -не стоит сомневаться! Отель стоит своих денег и даже лучше.

Nous avions réservé une suite pour nos grandes vacances depuis le mois de février. Nous savions que l'hôtel était en rénovation mais nous n'étions dans un premier temps pas inquiets. Un mois avant nous avions contacté notre tour opérateur pour être sûr que tout soit OK... "oui oui tout est bon".... tout est bon parce que pas de nouvelles de Paloma Grida.... qui prévient quelques jours avant que l'hôtel ne pourra pas nous accueillir... qu'il a un mois de retard!!!! On nous a donc orienté vers un autre hôtel du groupe Paloma, absolument pas au niveau de la chambre qu'on avait réservé... on nous a donc proposé une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel du groupe Paloma... mais quelques jours avant le grand départ.... c'est soit ça... soit clairement pas de vacances.... Donc au final, très très très déçue parce que je reste absolument persuadée que l'hôtel pouvait nous prévenir largement en avance!!! Mais prévenu trop tôt nous serions allé ailleurs que dans le groupe "Paloma"....

Not a 5star hotel - book your holiday elsewhere! Sadly there are so many negatives. We tried to make the best of our holiday but I wish I’d booked another one of the many luxury hotels in Belek. We have been visiting Belek/Side area past 10 years,so I can failrly compare (Barut Hemera, all 3 Pappilons,TUI Magic life,etc.) It’s 3 star basic NOT 5 star luxury. Room Very old and very very very tired. Yes people say that you don’t spend a lot of time in them, but sadly we did (youngest one got highfever + still I didn’t expect Travel lodge basic standard when paying such high prices). Damaged and old furniture. Filthy floor, our feet were literally black after a few minutes barefoot walking. SHADY SMELLY MOULDY ROOMS. Swear to God I still can smell that sofa. Balcony door doesn’t close properly due to the warped wood and there is no way to sit on it. Not even mentioning the view (see photos). Bathroom was old and basicly disgusting. No bathmats in bathroom. No bathrobes or slippers. Aircon dreadful. Room keys continually stop working. Lumpy pillows. Poor cleaning. Definitely a lack of thorough clean before client changeover. Be aware of rooms near the entrance - not noisy, but smelly (sewage). Pros: Grounds are lovely, but quite poorly maintained paths (holes are challenging with a pram). In general -to have a pram in this hotel was a nightmare (a lots of stairs, elevator busy/not working, we had to walk around the whole complex to be able to reach the beach from our room. Kids friendly- but need to fix some slides and equipments. Bar alley was nice. Spa was well worth the price. Coffee was best in the beach bar, very friendly staff there too. General: DESPERATE NEED FOR REFURB!

Dårligt Det var en dårlig oplevelser, rengøring service var rigtige dårligt. Deres reception var virklige dårligt, personale smiller ikke. Der var myrer i værelset. Glemte håndklæder 3 dage i træk.. Deres badeværelser var dårligt.
