From the moment you arrive this hotel doesn’t fail to deliver. No wristbands at this hotel! That’s a first. We arrived late afternoon and had a fast check in to a beautiful quiet room (1124). Huge comfortable bed and so clean. Stocked mini bar and snacks (replenished daily). All the toiletries you require if you have forgotten something are also in your bathroom. Cleaners come daily and do a superb job. Main pool area is beautiful with plenty of comfortable sunbeds to go around and unlimited towels throughout the day so no need to take your own. Plenty of pool games to get involved in if you want to. Aqua park is also amazing! We went as a couple and although it’s aimed at children we had a couple of fun days on the numerous slides aswell. Beach is beautiful with a jetty out to sea, very comfortable beds and plenty of spare ones whatever time you decide to venture down for an hour or the day. The Restaurant (main buffet) is very very good with so much choice, if you can’t find something you like here I would be shocked! We also visited the Beach Restaurant (Salad counter and order mains Wraps/Burgers/Pizzas) from a menu and they bring to your table. Patisserie restaurant in the afternoon was another treat. Views across the pools to the ocean and a great choice of cakes and Movenpick ice creams to choose from as an afternoon treat - lovely staff here always smiling. We didn’t use any of the A La Carte restaurants so can’t comment. Walls Ice creams are free all day everyday from the main bar. Bar service was great and staff always had a smile, sometimes you got table service other times it was easier just to go get your own drinks. Miller, Carlsberg and Efes bottles are all included in the inclusive package aswell as top notch cocktails, top shelf spirits and soft drinks, red bulls, milkshakes and iced coffee. Entertainment was superb! We obviously didn’t venture to kids club but adult show started at 930pm-1015pm followed straight after by a musical act until close to midnight! Superb!!!!! We were told numerous times we were the only English people on the resort by staff but that wasn’t an issue at all, songs and entertainment covered all languages, everyone was friendly and the staff tried so hard to understand what we wanted - no complaints at all, just happy we found this gem of a hotel when it seems many people from the U.K. aren’t ?? There are a couple of negatives, the first is the all night buffet! Finish your drinks and fancy a light snack? Not here.. it’s soup, mashed potato and broccoli that’s left out in restaurant, not appealing after a few drinks!! Maybe leave a few cheeses, meats and breads out - I prefer to eat after an evening drink than before so my choice late night (10pm onwards) was non existent although you can still get Olives, Doritos and nuts from the bar. The other negative was the spa. We always have treatments when we go away and when we ventured down to get prices they were shocking!! €70 for a basic 30 minute shoulde
