Would be better if there’s coffee provided in the room. They gave complimentary water on the first day, no more refills after that, perhaps its because I didn't ask for refills or perhaps it's only complimentary for the first day. Nevertheless, overall it's good. They do cleaning almost everyday when I'm there, staff are friendly.

離airport city很近，所以出差商旅的客人比較多。但為什麼電梯那麼不好用，非常慢而且還有噪音。房間設施也挺老舊的，沒有mini bar。讓人欣慰的就是早餐挺不錯的，菜式品類都不少。我的拖鞋忘記房間了，酒店也沒找我説這件事

在酒店的最後幾天，早餐已經無力了，總體上還湊合，服務人員態度都挺好的，也跟耐心。晚上也很安靜，價格適中，暑假偏貴一點

步行距離有好吃的餐廳，推薦New kitchen。離鮑曼街不遠，步行可達。房間很大，衞生可以，美中不足是晚上房間光線有點暗

Fine stay I have had several complaints during my stay. One day there was no hot water, but I understand there were some repairs, but at least they should inform me about it. But another issue was the breakfast; they didn´t refill the food. There was only one waiter, and he didn´t manage it. So, if you were late, pity for you.

Needs a bit of tlc, staff v.good Reception very helpful, but condition of hotel poor - shower didn't work and card socket faulty so kept having to put in out. Not great

It was a great experience. The employees were very attentive, friendly, patient and warm-hearted. The rooms were clean, the location of the hotel was central. Special thanks go to Nikola, Dejan, Anja and Vesna, who took great care of me. The interest was incredible.

Schrecklich🙈 habe schon lang nicht mer so schlechten Service gehabt. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt, wir hatten keine frischen Tücher. Wc Papier war mangelwahre wir haben danach gebeten und bekamen Servietten. Wir probierten drei mal einen Taxi zu bekommen naja drei mal gingen wir leer aus. Die Badewanne hatte weder Duschvorhang noch Glasscheibe also hatten wir nach dem duschen ein See im Bad. Das war super da wir nicht einmal saubere tücher hatten. Positiv die Bar war stehts offen egal um welche Zeit

Very poor service. First the power did not stay on. Was then told i just had to put some cardboard together with the key. Them it would work. Next my tv did not work. I asked for assistance. Waited 2.5 hours....nothing happened. Then asked again at the reception. Was tokd they would solve it. Waited another half hour....nothing happened. Then i gave up. Asked reception for a wake-up call at 4.30 since had early flight out. I woke up on my own, and when came down to reception at 4.45 the guy just said he just now remembered he had to call to wake me up. He had forgotten untill he saw the taxi came to pick me up. Not al all worth the money.
