For shared use: swimming pool fenced (7 x 14 m, depth 2 - 50 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 300 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 300 m, railway station "Benidorm" 4 km, sandy beach 500 m. Despite the slopes, great area, large beach, bars and supermarkets nearby, including the market for 2 days a week. Comfortable accommodation, in 3 minutes we stepped on the beach. We were hot, if there had been air conditioning, the score would go up to E
