Guys be VERY VERY careful if booking anything directly with the hotel I had booked via On The Beach for a week All Inclusive due to travel on 26th June Unfortunately our flight was cancelled at last minute ( just arrived at airport) . So could no longer travel as there was no alternative way to get there I had upgraded with the hotel directly to become an All Inclusive Ultra customer along with the rest of my party I simply asked for a refund of the upgrade and I am now being told they can’t refund it , so I have now lost out on a holiday and money due to a cancellation I just dont understand why the upgrade can’t be refunded as no services where used and this was completely out of my control Because this happened it’s given a bitter taste in my mouth and I want others to know incase they wish to upgrade before they arrive, if I had of waited until I arrived I wouldn’t be out money but I am now Completely disgusted with the service from the team and in particular Yolanda Jordan, who gets more rude every time I try and communicate

Absolutely shocking. A fire broke out right by our room. I’m a 13 year old girl with my 2 sisters youngest 5 and with my dad.15 minutes before the fire my youngest sister said she smelt smoke we didn’t think much off it because people smoke but it kept getting worse and worse. My dad went to call someone he opened the window and half way through the call he looked up a fire on top of us broke out and it was horric i grabbed my sister and ran out. No one else knew but me and my youngest sister. I had to shout there’s a fire to get everyone out. There was no alarms no one knew this fire has been left for 15 minutes. My dad and my eldest sister in the room my dad threw all the liquids we had in the room on the fire and it just gotten worse that’s when they both realised it was out of there control. At this point no one was doing anything nothing was done to put out the fire. And it was OUR responceablity. Yes everyone got out safely no one was hurt and after around 30 minutes the fire got put out. After it was save to go back inside we complained there attitude towards it was shocking absolutely shocking. They kinda gave off the vibe off”well it’s happened and no one got hurt” but that isn’t the case we could of died if we didn’t look out of that window intime and ran out down that corridor and tell everyone that there was a fire. People could of lost there life and that’s what they don’t understand. It doesn’t matter if it got put out and no one got hurt. There was still a fire and the worse part about it was that the same room,same thing,same place got set on fire. Everything else happened what happened to us exactly on April 1st u can search it on YouTube and it will be there. I have videos and photos and what my concern is what could of happened if this happened late at night or early in the morning no one would of been there . This place is not safe and the fire wasn’t the only thing the rooms are terrible too. It’s a lovely hotel but I wouldn’t risk it because the safety here is so bad. They haven’t changed a thing from the other fire and if they don’t one day someone could get seriously hurt.

Vacaciones perfectas! La habitación amplia y muy limpia. Mucha variedad de comida, no se hacía repetitivo y la animación para los niños perfecta. Volveremos!

Muy buena experiencia y sobre todo un trato excelente. Ideal para ir en familia. El trato de los empleados fue muy bueno y sobre todo con mucha amabilidad que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muy divertidas las instalaciones de parque acuático .

Un fin de semana en familia muy completo. Acabamos de volver de pasar un fin de semana en el Magic Aqua Rock Gardens y la verdad es que la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Se trata de un hotel que recomiendo sobre todo si vas con niños: las piscinas y los toboganes son espectaculares y los niños se lo pasaron en grande durante todo el fin de semana. Además, la animación es continua durante todo el día y hasta bien entrada la noche, con actividades para todas las edades y espectáculos entretenidos. Es un edificio temático de estilo africano con una decoración original y diferente, que le da un toque especial al hotel. En el caso de nuestra habitación, era bastante grande, estaba limpia y disponía de una gran terraza con algo de vista al mar. Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, cosa que se agradece con el calor que estaba haciendo. Cogímamos el régimen de todo incluido y la verdad es que de verdad que merece la pena, ya que había bastante variedad de comida y bebida; si bien el bufé se puede hacer un poco repetitivo si te quedas varios días. El personal fue amable en todo momento en recepción, y en los bares y el comedor, estando dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que les solicitábamos. Por poner algún pero, señalar que en temporada alta el hotel suele estar bastante lleno, con lo que en horas punta todo hay colas. Aún así, repetiríamos sin duda. Muy recomendable para familias que busquen diversión y comodidad sin complicaciones.

We kwamen als gast vanuit magic robin Hood. 1 van de 6!!! glijbanen werkten maar. Je zag duidelijk dat de andere al enige tijd niet meer werkten. Wel jammer want we kwamen speciaal hiervoor. Onvriendelijke gast die daar boven zei wanneer je mocht glijden. Dranken ok, zelfde als Robin Hood. Vriendelijk aan receptie. Verouderd hotel, interieur van de bar. Hier zouden wij zeker nooit boeken. Gezin met twee kids 11 en 8
