We booked a last minute 5 night stay at the Sandos Benidorm suites with Jet2, we have been on vacation all over but never been to Benidorm before, mainly as you hear horror stories, this is simply not the case. We arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel before lunch, our room wasn’t ready which wasn’t an issue: we asked for a high floor and got one after a bit of confusion around our request and got a room on the 19th floor. As the room wasn’t ready we were given somewhere we could get changed and freshen up and leave our cases securely. We were told where all the areas of the hotel were, the bar area, restaurant and pool and pool bar area. All areas of the hotel are spotless and so well looked after, the hotel has a really lovely and nice feeling about it, the decor throughout is really good too. When we were there it was Halloween and the hotel had been decorated for this too and they had really put a lot of effort into it! Food, really good. We’ve been to some places where they try and do too much and it’s reflected in the quality of the food, not here. The quality of the food is brilliant and there is plenty of choice, the snack bar by the pool is very good too and cooked to order! Entertainment, we didn’t really see much of the day time entertainment but there were activities taking place, the evening shows in the hotel are really good, live music shows were good to sit and sing along to. Room - we were on the 19th floor, there are 25 floors and lifts, they are split into 2 sides, one goes to odd floors and one to evens: it’s a really good idea to do it this was as you can imagine they can get busy: our room was brilliant. It’s spilt into 2 so you have a lounge area as well as a bedroom area: the bathroom is what you’d expect the shower is great and always plenty of hot water: the balcony is private due to the way the hotel is built and there is loads of room and the views are great too especially when the sun comes up! Cannot fault the rooms, kettle with a fridge, what more can you want! House keeping daily and did a great job! Staff, could not fault them: such a great team; from the reception staff right through to the restaurant and bar staff, all so friendly and welcoming! Local area, the hotel is so well situated, there is the hustle and bustle of the main ***** 5 minutes away but you cannot hear it from the hotel, the beach front is maybe 10 mins walk away where there are countless bars and places to eat. This was our first every time to Benidorm but will not be our last, before we’d even left we had already planned our next stay at the Sandos, if you are in 2 minds about visiting, do it, you won’t regret it!

One of the best hotels in benidorm. From friendly staff, great food and drinks to the excellent rooms. Hope to be back next year again and after this experience don't think I'd be happy in another hot6

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

On arrival the hotel looks stunning beautiful white leather sofas in reception check in was quick and efficient not overly friendly. 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits. Rooms are lovely twin beds with plenty of hanging space. Separate sitting room and area with fridge and kettle. Bathroom is a good size with walk in shower and 2 shower heads but no extractor fan. The dining room is well laid out and lovely to see reserved seating for disabled guests. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful and always enquire if you need any help. The two head waiters were excellent. There is a great variety of food every day and it's the first hotel the chef was visible at every meal always checking. The only major disappointment was the meal we booked at the in-house Indian restaurant lovely restaurant and again lovely staff but I'm afraid the food was absolutely awful nothing was authentic about the food what a shame. The bar staff were also excellent and boy can they make a cocktail. Overall it's the best hotel I've stayed in and the staff are definitely the hotels greatest asset and deserve the gratitude and praise given to them I would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel and certainly intend to visit again thank you to every staff member

This hotel is a hidden gem, firstly staff are a credit to sandos apts, Denis in the restaurant is amazing and always ready to help in any way. Food is very good and changes are very welcome on the daily menu. Check in was very fast and room was ready immediately, very spacious and spotless. Balcony on 3rd floor was big and south facing,,perfect view over pool area. Levante beach is a 15 stroll and calle gerona 10 to main *****. All in all a lovely hotel with amazing staff. Great hotel 👌🏻 Nice and clean from the minute you walk in. Staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was nice, clean and lots of space. Lovely view of the pool from the balcony. Food was amazing. Great choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were excellent as well 👌🏻 Cruzcampo on tap 👌🏻 Would definitely recommend this hotel
