Hotel Alameda

Location, location, location! First time at the Alameda and will now be our hotel of choice when visiting Benidorm. Perfect location in the old town and the Hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. We booked a Superior room with sea view and sun terrace and it was worth the extra money. The staff were extremely helpful. We only booked breakfast and it was good for us and the selection of English options was pretty typical of other Spanish hotels. Best hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm!!

Hotel fraco. Em termos de quartos, estão claramente a necessitar de manutenção, visto que o pavimento flutuante está em muitos locais a levantar. Talvez infiltrações. O AC barulhento. A porta do quarto não são bem isoladas e durante a noite entra claridade. Isto no quarto Standart. Não fiquem no quarto 710, que foi chamado de upgrade pela funcionário, pois o quarto tem cerca de 10m2 se tiver. Parece um quarto de arrumos. Pedimos de imediato a mudança de quarto. No refeitório, todos os dias pratos sujos para serem utilizados, talheres mal lavados. Creio que antes de colocarem os pratos na máquina não passam por água, logo ficam sujos de estarem encostados. Na comida, tudo industrializado. Comida básica, é repetida, sendo que o chef , é fraco. Nem frita descascada existe, a não ser de lata.

Just home today after spending 5 nights at the Alameda. Hotel location is fantastic, literally 2 mins to beach. Rooms very clean and provide everything needed. Air con was fab and there is a fridge in room. There is a hairdryer but it is not very powerful. We were overlooking the Main Street and although a little noisy in the evenings I didn’t hear anything once I put in ear plugs. Our booking was half board, we only ate breakfast once and it was ok. Small selection but I think something for everyone. We didn’t eat our evening meal here as the one time we checked it out nothing appealed. Next time we will just book room only as lots of restaurants in the area to try. We will def be back!

Hi I visited the hotel Alameda with friends last month. we found the location of the hotel was Ideal for us,as we didnt want to stay in the busy side of Benidorm. The hotel rooms were clean and supplied with towels and cleaned Daily. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of clothes storage and at night the Hotel was quiet and was brilliant for sleeping. The location of the hotel was close to the sea (literally one minutes walk out of the reception) and as you left the hotel there is a good selection of cafes and bars for breakfast. We went on a bed and breakfast basis ,The breakfast was good and there was the usual selection of food. The fresh crossiants and cakes were delicious,If you're expecting a full english breakfast then you'll have to visit one of the many bars who provide these. The Reception staff were very helpful and concise. check in and out was seemless. Added bonus is our rooms had FREE use of the room safe. I've provided a totally unbiased and honest review for this hotel. If I went back to benidorm for a few days I would stay here again. I hope this helps others who are thinking about booking this hotel.

Loved this hotel and the staff . Bright , modern and very clean . My room overlooked the front of the hotel onto the pedestrianised street so was great for watching life especially of an evening . The bar , also out the front of hotel , was a great place to sit and have a drink , soundtrack was fab and the cocktails tasty . A lovely touch for dinner was free bottled water and bottles of wine , 2 free bottles water in fridge in room on arrival was appreciated . Majority of food I enjoyed ( I’m pescatarian) and found enough selection , i definitely overindulged on the puddings ! The staff here were really friendly and I felt very comfortable and safe as I was a solo female traveller , I like the fact the corridor lighting was on a sensor. I have to say the rooftop solarium was a highlight , so tranquil up there with lovely rooftop views over to the sea and new town . I would most definitely stay again but maybe on breakfast only , purely because of the choice of places to eat out . My room was 403 , end of corridor so very quiet . Added bonus were the big amount of birds ( they looked like swallows ‍♀️) flying about in the morning , coming very close as you’re on the balcony . Tip ; if you struggle with carrying own luggage then beware , you aren’t dropped off by the hotel but approx 5/6 mins walk nearby on cobbled streets .

Hotel was ideally situated .staff brilliant. Spotless rooms. We were their wen blackout happened. Hotel put on evening meal with candlelight . Could not fault them. Very good . Well done ... we enjoyed our stay . What we loved was having a drink at the front of the hotel . Table chairs Nd parasols. Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and reception aswell
