Apartamentos Beni-Beach

There's nothing to complain about here, so clean, great views and reception staff are super helpful. The only thing for us was that we weren't situated where we thought ( our fault entirely) We would have preferred to be closer to the old town. Going back to the apartments, you don't get a clean for your stay, however there's sheets and towels galore left, along with cleaning products for the kitchen. I knew this so took wipes to clean bathroom etc . It seems pretty quiet, bars aren't very active. Although Maria's bar is definitely a must but she closes at 6pm. The kebab bar is great, chickens amazing. We walked to tapas in old town, absolutely no problem but if you want music, tributes etc it is a treck

We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed but I had lovely sleep the whole week the pool was amazing for cooling down after a walk into old town or to the beach all staff were lovely and helpful only down fall was no Aircon but fans were provided in the room we can't wait to go back in October as the apartment is in the perfect location for amazing restaurants and not too far to old town where our family live

There is Budget, and there is Below Budget! I am someone who doesn't mind "No Frills" But this falls below even a basic decent standard. Positives are, Great Location and the Staff are Friendly and helpful. Apartments are clean however, there are a few issues with what looked like fleas, these bugs were rife in the place and they BITE! They have Broken Furnishings that need to be repaired, Sinks Cracked, Toilet Seats Chipped. Doors water damaged and wood splitting from them, Floor tiles are chipped and loose. Old fashioned furniture doesn't bother me, but broken and not bothering to repair the place isn't acceptable when taking people's hard earned cash. On Arrival you have to pay £80 Cash deposit, When you leave you get it back but they don't inspect the room before they give it you they just hand it back. So a sizeable sum of your Holiday Cash is gone straight away and the reason is to cover the TV Remote and 2 Plastic Key Cards. This Amount doesn't Justify 80 Euro? This maybe would be 20 Euro. Then you have to endure the Broken furniture, Loose/chipped floor tiles in your apartment, The Neighbouring Tennant's smoking **** and nothing being done! The Pool is Not usable, even 28 Degrees of Sunshine wasn't enough to Heat it, The sea was warmer. No Sun beds near the pool, the entire area has no seating and tables as advertised, there was no Bar, you could buy beer at reception in can's but I don't know why there's pictures of a Bar and Outside seating area near a tennis court because there's none? An outside worn out Tennis court yes! It's not that cheap Folks you can get a week all inclusive in cheaper places in Benidorm than what they charge at Beni Beach. Until they invest in their business don't give them yours! Pictures attached.

Grande tour des années 70 typique de l'architecture benidormienne de l époque façade peu avenante au premier abord qu'il faudrait ravaler ! Entrée sans gardien ou l'on rentre et sort comme dans un moulin nuit et jour ?! puis réception peu avenante voir tristounette mais bonne surprise l appartement est rénové agréable propre avec kitchenette belle vue et bon emplacement plage ponienté magnifique promenade récente en bord de mer moins tourisme de masse que Levante , animée mais plus a l'espagnole pleins de petits restaus bon marchés a 2 pas . Bref bon rapport qualité prix pour ce que nous avons payé.

Fuimos este año y el anterior, el año pasado nos encantó pero este año fatal, estuvimos del 20 al 27 de Julio de este año (2024) y debajo de nosotros llegaron grupos de turistas italianos y metieron muchísimo escándalo, borrachos... tuvo que subir el hombre de recepción a regañarlos y no sirvió para nada. Había un montón de grupos de italianos, nos gustaría que no metieran a este tipo de gente porque no nos dejan descansar.

Family of four stayed for a week in july 2022, and came back 2024. This time in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apt. Staff is incredibly helpful and so sweet. Perfect location in the middle of playa poniente with everything within walking distance. The most amazing view, and no aircondition needed, as you can just leave the windows open. Comfy beds and functioning kitchen. We will be back
