Beautiful Apartment Check in smooth, we were so happy with the apartment and it was spotlessly clean. A really great kitchen sitting area and bed was comfortable too. We heard the parrot each morning which was fun and entertaining from the apartment opposite Highly recommended

Myself and partner stayed here 21-23 November 2024 and travelled specifically for the Benidorm half marathon. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation. Here’s why; Location - brilliant, only a few minutes walk to the centre of the Old Town where the hustle and bustle is. Whichever way you went there was something. It’s just a great central location. Opposite the hotel (on the street side) is a parrot as well which we assume is domestic. It’s noisy but funny and mimicked car alarms haha! Communication with Raúl - we cannot fault him. Great communication from the minute we booked. He kindly organised private bus transfers for us which we paid for on arrival and then organised our returns. Nothing was a drama. Our flight wasn’t until 19:55 on the Sunday and check out is 10:00. Raúl very kindly offered us the apartment until 16:00 on the day of check out for no extra cost. This was so kind and appreciated and allowed us to enjoy our last day with no worries at all. Really lovely man! Thanks so much Raúl! The apartment - 2 twin bed bedroom in which we pushed them together, separate bathroom then a little kitchen diner / living room with plenty of crockery and pans, washing up liquid etc. it was really great and would have been more than sufficient for a week or more. The place isn’t massive (I’m sure bigger apartments are available) but for 2 people we couldn’t fault it. Plenty of space for our clothing and lots of plug points. It was clean and tidy and had little complementary shampoo and body wash. Overall, a great apartment block and we would definitely recommend and will return!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of September and highly recommend it! Clean spacious rooms with air conditioning, nice kitchen, large clean bathroom and shower area and beautiful terrace with shade! It's located in the middle of old town and is 20 mins walk from the main ***** and beach, so its ideal if you want to enjoy everything Benidorm has to offer without being too close to the noisy main *****. I will definitely come here again, it was a perfect accommodation and the staff are very friendly and helpful
