Hotel Servigroup Venus

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

We have been returning customers for many years Found the cost saving this trip let the customer experience down badly. Went from express transfer to an economy transfer. 3 hours from plane to hotel . If they have notified us, we would have booked our own transfers. We tried to upgrade the transfer on the way home, willing to pay, which they could not do but told us we would be the last pick up . That didn't happen 3 hrs driving around benidorm in the middle of the night. Also, there are a lot more groups of guys and girls usually not allowed, I thought, so I couldn't relax around the pool a lot of days? And the food was running out in the morning and evening. Not eoungh staff for the amounts of people. I'm used to love this hotel, but I'm not sure I will be back. If you intend to stay in any of the serv group hotel book , your own transfers do not use an economy transfer . Express transfer a local bus or a taxi . Lost a day in travelling to and from the airport.

Staying here right now on a 4 day trip with 2 other couples. Check in was really easy and quick, we had made a room request via email prior to travelling which was granted. Brilliant room. Hotel is really clean, pool area is large and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast , plentiful and varied. Something for everyone. Really enjoying our stay.

We have stayed, as a small group of friends, in several Benidorm hotels, and this compares very favourably. Pros :- Friendly staff Great location Clean hotel Great shower in room Breakfast above average Very comfortable and relaxing lobby area Excellent pool area with bar and loads of sunbeds Cons :- Room on the small side, and older than some we’ve stayed at Sometimes a long (ish) wait for lifts Overall, very good and would definitely recommend. Would score 4.5 if it was an option.

Excelente trato del personal.En recepción todos,pero especialmente José, muy atento,amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda. La cocina muy buena. Cercano a la playa. Ya he ido más veces y he quedado totalmente satisfecho. Una mención para la/os camareras de piso por la gran labor que hacen y muchas de las veces no valoradas. Un saludo cordial a CONCHI ,una persona extraordinaria, muy amable y simpática,te alegra el día y es muy guapa.
