Good stay Was good for what you pay for. Only issue is you cant adjust the aircon. But other than that the place was clean, you have a balcony. Shower was decent. They supplied with soap and shampoo. There is no reception so if you need anything its difficult process.

mediocre stanza leggermente piccola per 3 letti singoli, bagno molto grande e comodo con 2 lavandini ma senza bidet, unico inconveniente una sera abbiamo trovato 4 scarafaggi enormi gironzolare per la stanza..

Stayed here in Sept 24, the rooms are so small and so basic! Very noisy both inside and outside of the building. Other guests tried to break into our room one night which was terrifying. Can't describe this as a hotel as there is no manned reception, no facilities, no safe, no room change ie towels or sheets even if you ask or complain and then they only leave a fresh tooilet roll.. Access too the lift is limited as either the cleaner or other guests wedge it open on floor 5 so it will not be available for other guests. Have to book in at another hotel then find this hotel. Bathroom clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival dirty walls, hair in shower drain, hairs on floor, broken edging to sliding door, mouldy silicon around shower and soap scum marks on shower doors also no hairdryer. Free Coffee machine serves very weird tasting coffee which I would give a miss if you don't want to end up with a dodgy bowel. Others may think this is all acceptable but to be honest I would inn hindsight rather pay more and stay somewhere better.

Terribile! mai mai più ! non sono mai stata in un posto peggiore di questo! Arrivati all’hotel abbiamo scoperto che la reception era in un’altro stabile, dove alle 11:30 di sera abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte perché non c’era nessuno anche se il check in si poteva fare fino alle 24! Mezz’ora e più per fare un check in dopo che il ragazzo ci aveva fatto aspettare di fuori 20 minuti perché non era presente nella struttura. Arrivati nella camera troviamo 2 letti singoli invece del matrimoniale richiesto nella prenotazione, pavimenti e sanitari che in pulizia lasciavano a desiderare. Se pensate di fare sogni tranquilli non scegliete questo posto perché i muri sono sottili come carta, ci sembrava di essere nella stessa stanza dei nostri vicini! Idem per quanto riguarda i rumori esterni, non ve ne perderete neanche uno! E che dire? servizi completamente assenti ! non troverete né phone ne prodotti nel bagno come da foto , zero assoluto, telecomando del condizionatore non funzionante e tv neanche si accendeva! Situazione sgradevole a cui ci siamo trovati avanti, usciamo per un po’ , senza aver messo il cartellino delle pulizie, tornando in stanza troviamo cose spostate e asciugamani puliti sparsi in giro per la stanza! subito abbiamo mandato un messaggio in reception che avendo evitato accuratamente le nostre lamentele, dopo essere andati di persona chiedendo spiegazioni , non sono stati in grado di fornire spiegazioni o alcuna scusa in merito. Mi dispiace per noi non mettere il cartellino per me é considerato un divieto di accesso alla stanza! Per noi questo é un addio, non vale mezzo centesimo di ciò che abbiamo speso! Allo stesso prezzo sicuramente troverete di meglio!

Llevo una hora y 30 minutos intentando ponerme el contacto con el hotel y habré llamado mínimo 15 veces y aparte de que ningúna de esas me han cogido el teléfono, no solamente eso si no que me cuelgan, se supone que te tienes que poner contacto con el hotel el día de antes de la llegada, pero si no te cogen el teléfono, como consigues ponerte en contacto con ellos ? Muy descontenta con la atención me parece vergonzoso!!!

Very bad place , dirty and no service at all. Don't book a room here . You don't even get the deposit back - absolutely the worst place I have been in my life. You have to go to some other place to pick up the key and the service is also bad there. Just terrible!
