Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca

A bit out of the way from the main area of Benidorm - great for theme park. Staff need more training as they didn’t seem to know what facilities the hotel has.

Nos hospedaron en el bloque B, 4 planta. Al entrar el olor era desagradable, había pelos negros y largos en los cojines, en la cama y por todo el suelo. Especificamos que necesitábamos la cama y el sofá cama y a pesar de entrar tarde, no estaba preparado, tuvimos que avisar tardaron más de 3 horas en venir. Tuve que esperar en recepción con los niños durmiendo. El mando de la TV y los interruptores estaban pegajosos, se quedaban los dedos pegados. El sofá cama se hundía y se notaban todos los hierros , era un horror dormir ahí. Las instalaciones del hotel aparentan una cosa y las habitaciones otra, es un hotel de 4 estrellas con habitaciones de categoría de hostal. Una pena, cuando era Luxor estaba mucho mejor

Fantástica experiencia en este hotel para disfrutar en familia. Entradas a parques temáticos, habitaciones impresionantes con grandes vistas al skyline de Benidorm, buffet con gran variedad, y buena animación para los mas pequeños. Estamos encantados. Enhorabuena a la dirección.

We booked to stay in the hotel villas, advertised as having full access to the hotel facilities- gym, extensive swimming pool facilities, spa, kids club, restaurants, room service etc. We have a young family and wanted a hotel that meant we didn’t have to travel to Benidorm by car each evening for dinner and we were looking forward to enjoying all the on site facilities. On arrival on Sunday afternoon it became clear that we have made a big mistake. At the reception we saw a small sign saying that none of hotel facilities would be available for more than half our holiday. It transpires that there is a huge corporate conference during this time and none if the hotel facilities are available as explained to us by the receptionist who showed no interest in our clear disappointment and that of our 5 year old son who was looking forward to the kids club. The facilities available to us for this time are limited to a vending machine (€5/€10 notes only the card machine option is broken) and a cafe / bar devoid of atmosphere and closes at 7 (if open at all!). The 2 small pools are of little interest to children when compared to the large fun hotel pool. There is no room service in the villas as advertised. The staff at this hotel need training in hospitality. No warm welcomes, no eye contact. Yesterday at breakfast we saw a waiter push left over food (donuts and fresh fruit) and used napkins on to the floor in the middle of the breakfast terrace and just leave it there for the next guests to have to clean up. The pool area is not clean with food and rubbish (and ants!) littering the floor areas. Whilst the conference is being set up we feel like we are in the way. Not how you want to feel when on a family holiday. Our bathroom floods. We have to use all the available towels to mop it up. Everything gets wet. It has mould. 2 coffee pods and 2 tiny bottles of water for a 4 person ‘villa’ for the entire stay. We have expressed our disappointment to receptionists and have asked to speak to the management. This was met with shrugs of shoulders and no contact yet from a management - hence this review to warn others. When you book a Sheraton holiday, you expect more. Not false advertising and broken holiday dreams. We will be going home with a bitter taste, regret and disappointment.

Trop de monde baignoire qui fuit est il n’ont pas pu régler le soucis ni changement de chambre et ni geste commerciale pour le prix qu’on a payer et j’en parle même pas de la queue du petit déjeuner une queue de 100 mètre on cherche le confort et détente et je n’ai pas trouver cela déçu 2/10 déconseille surtout petit déjeuner
