Food was bad, lived off of chips and guac for the weekend. Lots of restrictions: pool closes at 8, no room parties or gatherings, breakfast closes at 11 (cafe is open all day with juice, coffee and pastries). Construction is ongoing for hotels next door. Prepare to be awake by 6 am by hammering and beeping, if you are in a room on the edges of the property.

The room temperature control can not adjust the fan, the sputum can adjust the temperature, open the headache, turn off too hot. The bathtub is old and dirty to the naked eye. I tried two restaurants + room delivery, all of them were difficult to eat. The seafood is particularly salty, the fish is not fresh, and the chips are soft and oily. Pool + Beach starts dancing music at 10 am. . . lightning protection

We had a great time spending 2 days at Hyatt Ziva to celebrate my son’s 4months. The resort itself is not the newest but well kept. It was raining first days and it is low season so not very busy the resort but food drinks and everything else is on point.

The facility is very well equipped and we had so much to do. Personally, I spent a lot of time at the pool and in front of the beach, but also spent time practicing tennis, went to gym, to balance the good amount of eating and drinking there. There’s also a pool table (although I feel it needs better equipment), a club, a cafe, a healthy eating cafe and so much more. We had a good time overall
