Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Berlin

Good room and the location is good. Breakfast was very good but super busy. The front staff are not very understanding of customers. I put a note that I would arrive later and my friend would check in first with his name but the lady didn’t have a clue what to do. It was very basic instructions I gave so maybe they need staff with a better IQ.

Perfect location to stay while in Berlin. My wife and I booked not knowing its right across the street from the last remaining section of the Berlin Wall. Bonus! The hotel is very clean, has friendly service and is priced better than any surrounding hotels. The breakfast was excellent and the room was cleaned daily. The location is teriffic, nearby to a subway station to get around the city. There's some bad data out there regarding parking: You have 3 options. 1.) €17 in a parking garage right next to the hotel. 2.) €10 at the East Side Mall, a 5 minute walk away. 3.) Free, near the wall but its location is unknown. East Side Mall was our preference. No need to look anywhere else. Book it!

The first night I checked in, the long-haired guy at the front desk was very nice. I told him about the room situation and he immediately helped me change the room. It is very close to the subway station, a 5-minute walk, and convenient for travel.
