The room is quite small for the 6-ppl suite. But I think given the price is so affordable, there is nothing much to complain about. Location is good. Not very clean as I see some stains on the blanket.

Very clean, so kind staff, convenient place to get to the station.

Roommates are noisy. They even had parties inside the room til midnight. It is not easy to have a comfortable sleep.

Booked the accomodation for Berlin marathon period. Security- lift, rooms and toilets are accessible via room cards only, I have no problems and was at ease. Bring your own padlock to stow your medium size luggage in room. They have storage rentals in event you arrive early or need to store your baggage Room- surprising clean. I have a shared 4 beds to a room. 2nd experience in Germany and no problems. Unfortunately my bunks power socket is defective. Rooms comes with a basin. Late checkouts permissible at additional 5Euros. My night was not peaceful as noises from pub were audioably from the room,.not recommended if you are a light sleeper. Service staff. Mixed- morning staff made frequent checks if my room is ready for check in and I appreciate it. One occasion where I checked if I could switch my late checkout to breakfast with topup but was declined. Tip. 1. Avoid checking out after 9.30am It's super crowded, good luck going up and down the 2 lifts at this time 2. Bring your personal amenities. Towel, toothbrush shower etc

Very good location close to Alexanderplatz train station.. all amenities required for travellers are present.. nice breakfast to start afresh

Hygiene is terrible here, quilt is not clean, the bathroom stinks. Regarding the environment, it’s so noisy that you can’t even sleep, you can find high school kids partying in the corridor, their rooms and every common area. The only advantage is the location, it’s pretty close to major transportation and the Alexanderpalt square.

The location is perfect as well as the rooms. Every room has its own wash basin, every bed its own suit for backpack, etc. Beds don't have curtains, but this is not a huge issue. The furniture and the space designed in special way so you don't feel like your personal space is violated. The key cons is showers. There are no available lockers to keep your clothes before you go to the shower 🚿. So you need to leave your staff on the open space.

Nice Location, but the bathroom was in poor condition, the shower was falling apart. Found ***** hair in my bed. I just took it off and threw it away. Was too tired to handle this problem.

The environment is very clean and safe. It was a good experience and I will come again in the future.

Okay place to stay, extremely close to the city center (!!!), the room had a weird smell inside, the rooms are also not soundproof so I found earplugs essential!
