Hotels in Old City of Bern, Berne

It is a 5-7 minute walk from Bern Station. When you pass through the main gate, you can check in by scanning the QR code next to the doorbell, and you can open the main gate and the room door through the smartphone app. Coffee and hard biscuits are provided free of charge. They are quite delicious. There is a shared kitchen, so you can cook simple meals and enjoy them. The facilities are good as long as you clean up after yourself. You can keep your luggage for 6 hours after check-out, and you can control this through the app. It is a good value for money accommodation. The host was also kind.

Very close to the train station and tram station. Few steps to underground supermarket. There is a sports shop downstairs. Easy walk to main shopping street. 20mins walk to bear park. Staffs are kind and friendly.

very nice location but we were given a room that was crazy to reach and we had a lot of luggage. Take the lift from the reception, get out on second floor go to the connected building, take the lift, go down, get out and take the stairs. Everything about the hotel was great minus this ”find your room adventure” with my four bags :)

The room is very large, very clean and very good! The location of the hotel is simply great. All the attractions in Bern are within walking distance. The longest is not more than 15 minutes. The door is the Federal Palace and the supermarket is next to it. It is very convenient! The service is very warm and responsive! The only downside is that the shower door is bad, can not be closed, and finally made a place of water, the fly in the ointment!

Very convenient location to Bern station, 2 mins walk from if exit from escalator at end of station. Located among the shops and supermarkets. 5-10 mins walk to old town. Staff are very friendly and room is very clean. Toilet is huge. Highly recommended

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

在攜程預留的民宿電話是錯的，在我們抵達時一直聯繫不上，到處找電話耽誤了很久！民宿也沒有發密碼，而是發郵件讓登記證件…攜程也沒有提醒讓登記，導致一直兜兜轉轉不知道怎麼聯繫上民宿進去，體驗感很差！！搞了快兩小時才進去！！！
