"A Convenient and Comfortable Retreat There are 4 units in this building. One parking slot per unit is provided at the corner near unit 101. This apartment offers a truly practical and comfortable base for exploring the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the basic utensils and cutlery for easy meal prep, and the welcome inclusion of instant slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The microwave was also super handy for quick snacks and reheats. Comfort is well-managed with one air-conditioner that kept the unit at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The washing machine was a huge plus, and we found the designated drying area right above it in the toilet very efficient. The separate dining table was also a nice touch, providing a comfortable space for meals. 2 dryers are outside the building. With two double beds, this unit is well-suited for small groups or families. We also enjoyed being able to link our Netflix account to the TV, which was great for unwinding in the evenings . Things to Note About the Location The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. While there aren't many eateries directly nearby, there are two convenience stores within easy reach. Do keep in mind that local supermarkets tend to close around 7 PM, so plan accordingly for groceries. We found the area to be quite pleasant for getting around, with not many cars on the road. This makes it particularly fun to explore the town by bicycle, and there are several bicycle rental stores available if you're keen to pedal around."

"Very good homestay, the room is very beautiful, the facilities are very complete, the environment is particularly good, but also provide snowmobiles, the owner of the homestay is very polite, also introduce the facilities in the room, it is recommended to charter a car to arrive, there are no taxis and restaurants nearby, I booked when I filled in two big and one small, As a result, Trip.com I reported two adults. Fortunately, the owner of the hotel was better to talk and didn't let us make up the money. It made us very embarrassed. Next time we went to Meiqi, we would still stay at a homestay."

"Can't contact the owner according to the phone number attached to the front of the room. Have to help yourself in finding a way to open the door. Fortunately, there is another group of Taiwanese tourists who can ask back to the agency itself who booked to explain the opening of the room door. By having to see that each booking leave will have a dog The number is there, which is the room number. And the key is hidden in a black box hanging on the door handle of that room. You have to open the cover and bring the key out and unlock the door by yourself to enter the room. (According to the picture) The room has a bed and a mattress enough to sleep 4 people, but in the bedroom there is no air conditioner. Only heater Must turn on the air conditioner from the living room through the bedroom again by opening the bedroom door. Not very cold, but enough to sleep in the room. The play room has a sofa, dining table, kitchen equipment, including electric stove, microwave, hood, sink, sink, dishes, spoons, dishwasher, washing machine, laundry detergent, and the bathroom has all the items. Including towels The room area is spacious, good, cleanliness, this accommodation is suitable for self-driving. It is far from Biei and Asahikawa downtown, there are gas stations and convenience stores about 1 kilometer away. You can park your car in front of the accommodation."

Great
江江01Very beautiful accommodation environment, the master's intention can be seen in the details. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was Western-style, and Hokkaido milk was delicious. Just beside the Ken&Mary tree, walk to the Meilong Station for 30 minutes, take a taxi for 970 yen, and also fight for the first stop on the road. Staying for two days, the first day happened to have a navel offering in Furano, so I rushed to Furano. After the event, I took the last JR car back to the United States. Before the departure, ask the landlord about how to call a taxi at night. The landlord told us that if there is no car, you can call Mr. Fang to drive to pick up. Unexpectedly, after leaving the station at night, there are still many taxis waiting outside the station, which is very pleasant. On the last day, take a taxi to Asahikawa Airport and the fare is 3,130 yen, which is acceptable.

GGuest UserComfy futon and convenient location to drive to town. Only downside was the shared bathroom (no baths after 10pm) and as rooms were on the second floor, luggages will have to be climbed up a flight of steps. Otherwise pleasant stay with friendly couple owners who live next door.

GGuest UserAsahikawa Airport pick-up and drop-off service was good, but it was very inconvenient that reservations could only be made by phone. It would be nice if reservations could also be made by email. The mountain view from the room was nice, and the breakfast and dinner were also very good. However, the cleanliness and old condition of the room and bathroom were disappointing.

YYanxiaojiuIt is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!

아이워나It's not terrible, but I wouldn't really consider it a 'value for money' hotel. I felt that the service and facilities didn't quite justify the price. The hairdryers in the public bath were so outdated that it took forever to dry my hair. When I asked for extra towels, they responded that 'not too many' were allowed, which was the first time I've encountered an onsen hotel being so stingy with their towels. For context, I've stayed at dozens of Japanese onsen hotels. I only used the onsen in the mornings and evenings, and at most, I asked for one extra towel per night – not dozens of times. So, their reluctant response felt quite stingy. By the way, this was the female staff member who assisted me on my check-in day. The next day, a male staff member readily provided a towel when I asked. The food was delicious. However, for guests staying multiple consecutive nights, it would have been nice to have at least slightly different menu options each day. Having the exact same dishes for two consecutive days was a bit disappointing. Would I go back? No. This isn't a place I'd visit a second time. The onsen hot spring water itself was authentically excellent. Also, some Japanese individuals tend to use casual speech ('banmal') when foreigners speak Japanese. However, hotels, being in the hospitality industry, typically avoid this. Yet, the staff here spoke to me in banmal. Normally, one would expect gratitude when a foreigner makes the effort to speak the local language, but to be addressed informally ('banmal')? Honestly, I found it quite upsetting. I've never experienced this at any other onsen hotel. While I can somewhat understand if it's a random passerby, for hotel staff in the hospitality business to use 'banmal' with a guest is simply unacceptable!

커피향기발자취This time, I came into Asahikawa Airport and was planning to stay only in Asahikawa, Otaru, and Sapporo, but I heard that Biei Furano is difficult because of the tour tourists, and that the birch tree next to the Seven Star Tree was cut down, and that most of the locals rarely benefit from the tourists because they are one-day tours, so I intentionally included this place as a place to stay, and I was very satisfied! First of all, I wondered if it would be easy for a backpacker like me, but there is a city bus from Asahikawa Terminal (Stop 9 - same as the airport stop) to Shirokawa Onsen (White Beard Falls) (1,650 yen), and if you just cross the road in front of the entrance, it is right here, so it was easier and more convenient to move than the accommodation right below the slope, dragging the luggage on the icy road! Also, I heard that there is a shuttle from Biei, and Asahikawa has one too~ When I went from Asahikawa to Biei via, I missed the Biei shuttle time and took the city bus, but when I went back after checking out, I took the shuttle bus, which was convenient and free, so it was great! English or Japanese service is available upon check-in, but Korean service is not available, so please use the translator (Papago). The free shuttle to the Cheongui Lake Illumination the day before at 7:25 was great, and it was also great that the shuttle went to Biei Station and Asahikawa Station! (Since it is shared with Yumoto guests and the starting point is this hotel, there is an added advantage of being able to sit comfortably wherever you want.) The lobby floor smelled like sulfur when I went to Kurokawa or Arima Onsen, so I thought it was a real hot spring and my heart raced, and it was just as good as expected~ In addition to the basic amenities, there were moisture white cream, glucosamine cream, hair treatment, hot spring water cream, cotton swabs, scalp tonic, face pack, and cleansing wash, so it was really good~ The spa seems to change once a day, but the bath on the right is large and the open-air bath is small, and the bath on the left is small and the open-air bath is large, so it was a different kind of fun~ (Before check-out, I was the last guest, so I quickly took a picture of the open-air bath to let you know about this great place!) The lobby, restaurant, and shuttle staff were all very kind, and for this price, the buffet dinner and buffet breakfast were great! In particular, I ate steak, shrimp, and squid for dinner, which was so filling and delicious! I've had a lot of kaiseki meals, but I personally prefer buffets, and I enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the main menu and dessert! I stayed alone in the room, but a 3-person room was on sale for the cheapest price when I stayed, so I stayed in that room. It was spacious and comfortable, and I could see the snow-covered mountains and trees outside! The bathroom was small, but there was a large bath, so I only used it for the bathroom, so it wasn't too inconvenient! (But there was only a toothbrush, comb, and soap!) The bed was a little hard with springs, and the blanket was cozy. I didn't use it in the room, but there was a manual neck massager and back scratcher, which were nice~ The road to Whitebeard Falls at night is also well-lit, so I took the Cheongui Lake shuttle to see the illumination, got off at Yumoto, saw the night view, and came back, and the route was perfect~ Please refer to it! Everything was good, but one thing that was disappointing was that the heating didn't come on after 11pm, so people who are sensitive to cold might feel a little coldㅜ I went to see the night view, went to the hot springs, and came back after 11pm, and the heater didn't turn on, so I was flustered and searched for reviews and found outㅜ There were extra blankets and pillows on top of the yukata~ I stayed alone, so I slept comfortably with two blankets, but if you're staying here, please take note! Also, there's a story about water bottles in the article below, but in Japan, in places with good water quality, like rural villages, there are many cases where people refrain from using disposable water for the sake of the environment! The saying ”When in Rome, do as the Romans do” comes to mind! Each country has different lifestyles and cultures, so it's a shame to have such a bad ratingㅜ As someone who personally enjoys traveling to Japan, I'm leaving a detailed review for those who missed out on this gem~ I went there 100% with my own money! If I ever go to Biei again, I'll stop by! Thank you^^

KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
