Batimont Suites

The apartment is conveniently located between the historic Old Town and the Guggenheim Museum, as well as close to the train station. The spacious and comfortable beds are a plus, but unfortunately, the cooling/heating system didn’t work in our room. The thermostat is locked and controlled by the front desk staff, and ours remained at a stubborn 24 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep. The outside temperature was cooler, but unfortunately, we couldn’t open the windows. Despite three different days and three employees trying to resolve the issue, no one took responsibility for the problem. They claimed the unit was working, but the temperature on their screens clearly showed otherwise. After three days of frustration, we decided to cut our visit short.

Staff was very nice. But this hotel has some fancy "in the floor" cooling system which simply doesn't work. I was constant 25 degrees in the room and the nly help was opened windows. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and everythig was foggy in five seconds. Parking is available but for another 25 euros per night. Though oarion is fntastic I would pick something else next time.

Muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo.

Relaxing suite overlooking a park. I spent seven days in Bilbao and the hotel was very well located for everything I wanted to do. Especially nice to have a kitchen so I didn't have to eat every meal in a restaurant. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Nice property-construction was a problem It’s a very nice property. Modern, clean, and well located within 10-12 min walking time to Guggenheim and the old town. Our room had a small balcony that overlooks the very nice public park out front. My only big complaint is that they didn’t tell us that there would be jackhammering construction on the property while we were there. Didn’t seem to care when we brought it up. Also-check-in seemed unnecessarily slow.

Very good location, wonderfully renovated and exceptionally clean.
