Nice place to relax

Four point Bintan is awesome for family short getaway! 2 restaurants inside the hotel, restaurants staff NICHO treated us as friends, provide excellent service! This trip is more than my expectations! Will come back again for sure! Highly recommend!

the view was good, the people there are nice and friendly. the food at the hotel is pretty decent too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that I had requested a little surprise for my wife's birthday, but it did not happened, not sure if the booking agent didn't convey this request. When I entered our room, there's no decor or even a birthday card (the least I'm expecting). It was during the Barbecue Buffet dinner (Friday 22/8/25) that the chef asked me if the buffet spread was good or if we had any special request meal that I told him that we were here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and he went out of his way to surprise my wife with a birthday cake and song. We would like to extend our greatest gratitude to the F&B team as well as the concierge team for the wonderful service.

The hotel is new and clean. Location is near to ferry terminal and plaza lagoi where you can have different food options other than hotel restaurants. The staff are so friendly and everyone is smiling make our trip so relax and enjoy every moment spent in the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Comfortable Stay with Room for Service Improvement I recently stayed at Four Points Bintan and overall had a great stay, especially after being upgraded to a better room. The hotel itself is nice, and I truly appreciated the upgraded room they gave me, it was a kind gesture that helped turn things around. However, I do want to share my experience honestly. I initially booked a Deluxe Room, which was fine until I noticed the floor drain was clogged. I reported the issue to the staff, but to my surprise, their first solution was to send a maintenance person into my room at 11PM, which was not ideal or professional especially while I was already in the room trying to rest. Only after I pushed back and explained that this wasn't an acceptable way to handle a guest issue late at night did they offer to move me to a different room. I felt this should have been the first solution offered, not the last. It took some unnecessary frustration to get to the right outcome. That said, once they moved me and offered the upgraded room, I felt much better about the situation. The room was great, and I appreciate the effort to make up for the inconvenience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to handle guest complaints more professionally and proactively in the future. A prompt room change would’ve made a big difference from the start. Would I come back? Yes, the property itself is lovely. But I do hope to see better front-desk responsiveness and service recovery next time.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Clean beach and a great pool to dip in.

Location and stay was pleasant. Good for relaxation. It will be good if free transport provided to main areas to try seafood, massage and shopping

Pros: We stayed for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday. Loved everything about the beach resort vibes. I even did a mini photoshoot with my family. The pool was huge with different sizes. The staff were friendly. Always greeting whenever they see us. They even give us late check out without any charges which was the biggest plus. The breakfast buffet was really good. They had kids club which my toddler had some play time. Spa service was good. Cons: The food items in room service could be better. The timing to send food over was slow. Not much kids food options.

Highly recommended resort for staycation and very accommodating staff. We had a great stay here!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was such a great experience! We booked the one-bedroom villa with private pool and the room was awesome – very spacious, clean, and comfortable 😌 Our girls really enjoyed all the hotel's facilities. The kids club had fun activities, the swimming pool was perfect for family time, and the villa was just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. They go over and above, like to specific mention our experience at their breakfast restaurant Rempah Kitchen where we accidentally ordered a special dish for our daughter who likes fried indo mee, it wasn't part of the breakfast spread but the staff did not decline but make sure the dish was served 👍🏻 We created many happy memories and our daughters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bintan. 🙌🏻
