"We visited the resort for my husband's birthday for a 2-night, 3-day stay, which was amazing. We stayed in a rainforest sea view villa, which was incredibly peaceful and serene. Every moment of our trip was thoroughly enjoyable. The spa experience was exceptional. As vegetarians, we were initially concerned about food options, but to our delight, we had a full-course meal at the Thai restaurant, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect—a 10/10 experience."

"Stayed at The Residence over 3 day.l Staff attitude was good all round - everyone took ownership of their respective roles from the concierge through to Front Desk. Despite the distance from the ferry terminal if you come by BBT, The Residence is self-sufficient w activities for adults and kids. It's tranquil and a blissful sanctuary for a restful break. You could also arrange excursions through the hotel. Rainy season is from Oct to April. Check out activities thru WhatsApp comms. Take the provided bicycle or just walk through the farm and ask the staff there about feeding chickens, rabbits and Tilapia. Or understand the role of the farm in relation to the restaurants. Nothing is perfect but you'll definitely be won over by the earnestness of the staff."

"Superbe eco-resort au calme et à l’abri des grands axes touristiques. Très jolie plage de sable blanc très propre et bien entretenue. Possibilité de faire plein d’activités sur place à des prix raisonnables telles que yoga, paddle, vélo, massages. "Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone."

"Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet."

"This star hotel is very new, the food in the restaurant is delicious and cheap, and the boss is very warm and welcoming!
