Super awesome as got kitchen. Very amazing and friendly staff. Breakfast was super yummy! Will definitely come back again. Brought my mum and we had quality time. The hotel is not very far from the beach. Good walking distance after heavy breakfast! You have access to angsana swimming pool and gym too. Worth exploring. Pool has activities like Zumba and foam pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. I requested for a birthday welcome greetings from their reservation manager thru email, and indeed they go above and beyond with the Birthday cake and greetings written in the mirror at our Villa. Their One room with private pool villa is a superb! It’s a very spacious villa complete with luxurious bath tub and a great private pool. Breakfast wise there’s a lot of choices. For a short holiday trip from SG, this place is highly recommended for families. A child friendly resort with kids club and kiddie pool as well, my toddler really enjoyed!😊 Thank you for all the staff for making our stay a memorable one!

Service was excellent throughout our stay and special thanks to Ibu Windy for securing complimentary late check-out for us on our final day! The property is new, clean and there are many seating areas/ cabanas for visitors to chill around. Buggy service from Holiday Inn to the other sister property (Indigo hotel) is prompt and hassle-free despite the moderately high occupancy rate (we were told it was 70% occupancy rate). We were told that the weekend was the first peak of the property yet the services rendered by the team didn’t seem so - staff remained courteous and friendly throughout our 4d3n stay. Few observations which we are hopeful that the management could look into: 1) second dining option at the ballroom was subpar. The food option was significantly lesser than those offered at the main dining hall. The food was not refilled promptly but we could see that the staff tried their best by taking a (perhaps quite a long) trip down to the central kitchen and check. 2) The kids indoor playground is divided into 2 sections - younger kids (below 4yo) and older kids. There wasn’t any health check when we were there (only parents self declaration) prior to kids’ admission so parents pls note. Perhaps the management could review internally if more scrutiny is required.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

First time to Anmon and it was lovely. Was told by the staff that it’s usually packed and crowded on the weekend. I went on a weekday and it was quiet and nice. There are buggy ride services everywhere and they are always ready to pick you anywhere you want to go. They have a seamless chat system where you can let them know what you need, and they’ll send it to your room. Lovely stay!

The team was incredibly friendly, patient, and provided top-notch professional service. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease, thanks to their warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I will sincerely miss the wanderful team at Natra Bintan. Had a very good stay in Banyan Tree, we like the spacious villa either our own jacuzzi. Room was clean and appreciate the staff to prepare our room for night setup, with the mosquito nets and cools. Food was good and had good selection too. Spa massage was also good. You can ask the buggy to drive you anywhere within the resort and their sister hotels. Staffs are all friendly and always greet with a smile. Just take note a lots of insects so bring your insect repellent. And don’t have complimentary shuttle from ferry terminal, its chargeable. The TV is old model so cant cast your phone to watch Netflix. The telephone line will cutoff during rainy days, however, whatsapp service and will still be contactable with the reception. Overall a good stay if you want a private and relaxing holiday.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful time at Pantai Indah, staying in the beautiful villa with the pool. My family especially enjoyed the pool, and my daughter loved it very much. Thambi Mama went all the way to Toa to make our celebration special. We also appreciated the beautiful birthday decor and the cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Love the private swimming pool and bathtub inside villa! Location very nice, walk distance to the Lagoi beach. Staff very friendly, communicate with staff also easy access by WhatsApp, can order room service foods via WhatsApp too.
