Travelodge Birmingham Central Moor Street

房間有異味，燈光比較暗，不是馬上能夠亮燈，洗手間的熱水和凍水的指示錯誤 

I’ve stayed in a few Birmingham hotels for work and this by far is the worst. I’m never booking again. The location is good for the train station but a bus station between the station and hotel was full of people who appeared to be stoned or worse and from my room I could hear them shouting/ making a lot of noise (I don’t expect quiet in a city but this was ridiculous). As a lone traveller I wouldn’t have felt safe at night walking back to the hotel. Lack of aircon means the window needs to be open due to the heat wave so the noise from that and the buses outside is ridiculous, that said the window only opens a few cm so not much air gets in. WiFi only free for 30mins. No bedside cabinets only mini shelves and no plugs near bed only usb’s which are no good for laptop. Staff were lovely it’s just a shame the noisy location, cheap room amenities and lack of aircon makes the hotel so poor.

The hotel room was very well kept. The bathroom was clean except that the curtain had some bloodlike stains.

Fida and the rest of the team was great, amazing customer service. They were helpful from the day I arrived until my final day.

Stayed at Travelodge Moor Street Central. They provide great service and have very friendly staff. Fida has been of great assistance with our stay. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fida has also provided us a hair dryer and a fan during our stay.

Super value for money. Very friendly staff, clean room, great bed and central to City Centre. A 2 minute walk and you are in the shopping centre. The walk to the main station " New Street" is about 5 - 7 mins away, so be ready for that with a case....There is a Tesco Express next door to help with food, drinks etc, but loved my two night stay. Recommended.
