Good place

Stayed just one night. Rooms was alright. Night staff was unfriendly, does not know how to talk. Morning staff was good, greeted with nice tone and care. Room and toilets were clean. However, there was alot of noise coming from other rooms. Rooms have no sound proofing. Woke up twice due to noise.

Heating is not hot

Clean and budgeted hotel room during peak season in the MK. Good breakfast was included and quick check out for my stay.

A great stay. The lady on reception was brilliant im sure her name started with a K

We had a good weekend away

Very noisy at weekends, people going in and out of rooms late at night and with no consideration for other guests. During the week normally calm. Rooms are fine, comfortable beds and rooms are cool even during very hot weather.

The corridor and room showed signs of wear. We moved the two single beds together and found the carpet was not clean at all. In room 220 there was evidence of saw dust on the floor that had not been cleaned. The toilet bowl was dirty and I had to clean that too. The staff were very helpful and brought extra teabags to the room and the breakfast was excellent very good value. In all the cleanliness of the room floor and the corridor let it down but the bed sheets were clean and so were the towels. I stayed in a premier in the week before and that was much nicer and cleaner and not as much money so I feel the room rate is rather expensive.

The reception staff was reluctant to offer any helping hand. I was refused checking in at midnight just because the staff 's mistake. Terrible night!
