位置絕佳，但是房間有點小

excellent location in soho near subway station. free water, tea, and coffee with really nice facilities

衞生間角落也很乾凈，毛巾不算新但沒有異味。床品也是認真洗過的。附近有便利店和幾個餐廳。這個價位，在曼哈頓性價比夠好了

Good location and has big beds perfect for families staying in one room.

Check in and check out was easy and fast. The toilet bowl was choked, can't flush. I called the reception at 6am. He said he would send someone. A guy came and he passed me plunger. I asked if he can do it. He said not his responsibility. Before we went out for the day, I told the reception about the problem and wanted them to fix the problem before we come back. Came back to hotel after our activities about 5pm. Toilet bowl is fixed. Yay... But, our room wasn't make up. At 6pm plus, someone knock and ask if we need to clean our room. Well, usually hotels clean rooms in the afternoon and not evening. Of course we rejected the cleaning. Disappointing experience fm an international chain.

位置優越地鐵站很近超市餐館都很近酒店服務好周到 衞生：好 環境：好 設施：好 服務：好

酒店位置離地鐵站近，機場來去方便。酒店衞生可以，1.5米寬的雙床，附近餐廳多，有家中餐館川菜味道很正。酒店雖然同其他一些酒店一樣沒有牙刷、拖鞋等用品，但是1000元出頭的價格在曼哈頓也就可以了。

Great service staff, okay location but its really not such a great hotel. Will think twice before coming again.
