We had an awful experience booking this hotel. I booked a last minute stay and accidentally clicked the check-in date as the check-out date and the system booked my dates for the following day (my fault for not double checking but we booked it the day after getting married because my Nan was ill in hospital and didn't know how she would be). I got in touch with the hotel through trip.com and directly immediately and kept trying to do so for a number of days afterwards, initially they said they could swap the dates but were blaming it on trip.com, but trip.com said they were trying to contact the hotel and they weren't responding, apparently there was another agency involved in between who was making it complicated but even they were then helpful,, and blue sun hotels were just rude and not supportive, we tried going through different teams at their company and even the hotel manager was dismissive and not helpful. This was for a last-minute honeymoon as I was nervous to leave my Nan in hospital as I am her carer. They ruined the chance for us to go away, were not able to support the change of dates and we lost over £450. Do not book a Bluesun hotel through another provider, they have no interest in you as a customer.
