DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Boston

I enjoyed my stay very much in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s very close to the metro station so transport was not a problem at all. It’s very nice and quiet at nights so I had best sleep during my 2-week stay. The only issue is the heat pump is a bit noisy so I had to turn it off before sleep.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent. Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.

I left my necklace that means a lot to me in the bathroom before checking out, the hotel housekeeper would definitely see it but obviously took it. I rushed back to hotel front desk to hoping that I would get it back but nope , very disappointing and heartbroken cos the necklace means so much to me regardless its money value( Tiffany ) .
