I booked for myself but my family member decided to join last minute so I was looking for options to add a guest/cancel and rebook.
I received an email at 4am before the check in day from the host stating the booking can be cancelled and refunded if responded within hours, to which I requested for cancellation and refund immediately that got both ignored and was not able to get refund even after messaging the host.
The worst part is the host responding and accepted at first for refund but decided to ghost.
The host dragged out the time to ensure refund was not available as well as declining refund after another request for cancellation and after our text exchange as below.
I do not recommend such untrustworthy place/host for any future travellers.
Me and my family hope for karma to return to those who aren’t pure in their actions in our society.

I liked the building and layout of the place. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. I would suggest giving the guests more options for breakfast and a linen closet for guests so they can choose quantity of towels needed. We were only given one towel and there were two of us in the room. I had to go buy a towel from the StopnShop.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!
I can not say enough great things about my stay. Check-in was a breeze, my room was immaculate, and the rest of the property was equally as clean. They offered basic food stuffs at no charge, and kept a very well-equipped and clean kitchen. The property and room was so quiet, at times it felt like I had the place to myself. A family emergency required that I leave very abruptly and with little warning, and checking out early could not have been easier. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and went above and beyond to help me get back on my way. I will be back to stay the next time I am visiting! Please do yourself a favor and put this at the top of your list.

Half mile walk to the T. Shower a floor below my room. Steep stairs. No shops close by to make the kitchen easy to take advantage of.

I've stayed for one night, the place is clean and tidy. The rooms are big, the kitchen is also big and clean. Overall, had a very good experience. Recommended

I have no gripes about the Host or the Property, they were incredible. However, I do not recommend booking this property through *******. ******* does not allow the host to uphold their own policies regarding changes to the booking, including adding extra guests, and as a result I paid $128 more to book an extra guest compared to the $50 upcharge I would have gotten if I contacted the AirBnB. When I contacted support, they bragged that I fell for it because I consented to their charges based on false information. My advice, book directly from AirBnB for this stay, do not use ******* for it.
