The Whitney Hotel Boston

This is one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. We are seasoned travelers and have pretty much stayed at all brands and all levels of hotels over the years. This smaller more intimate boutique hotel is truly a gem in the Beacon Hill area. The staff is top shelf and highly trained. The room was exceptionally clean and WellCare for during our stay. their small restaurant had excellent coffee and food.We look forward to staying there again in the future.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the time we checked out, our experience was truly exceptional. Kamel, the manager, demonstrated a remarkable understanding of hospitality and genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. Eliot, the front desk clerk, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel's decor and ambiance were lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. We had such a wonderful stay and felt so well cared for. Thank you for going above and beyond to create such a pleasant experience for us. We can't wait to return!

Our experience at The Whitney was wonderful. I loved the attention to detail on the amenities from the fever tree mixers, Tates Cookies, and in room soaps and lotions. The charm of this hotel can't be beat and the location is even better. We were able to walk out of the door and step right on to the Charles River path to walk and run. Not to mention, we were a few block from Tate Bakery and only a few more blocks from the public garden park and the Back Bay neighborhood. Bacon Hill is very charming and easy to roam and explore. One of the front desk staff was working on an ice bucket for us and it took longer than he anticipated. When he did bring us the ice bucket, he brought along a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Very nice touch! Key takeaways: high end vibes for a reasonable price, great amenities, location can't be beat! Highly recommend the Whitney when staying in Boston.

Superbe accueil. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. La chambre est assez grande. Par contre la salle de bain est assez petite. Heureusement qu'il y avait une commode dans la chambre pour poser nos trousses de toilettes. Le lit est confortable. Par contre la climatisation soufflait en face du lit et sur nous, ce qui est très désabréable. Le nettoyage du sol laissait à désirer. Un petit sticker s'est collé par terre et je ne l'avais pas enlevé de suite. Après le passage de la femme de ménage, le sticker était toujours collé au sol et est resté jusqu'à notre départ. Je mets 5 étoiles malgré les petits soucis, car il est beau, bien situé et assez calme. Nous avons eu un souci avec notre chambre : un dégât d'eau à cause de la climatisation et on nous a de suite changés de chambre et même surclassés. La suite était vraiment magnifique. Nous aurions dû prendre une suite depuis le début malgré la différence de prix car elle vaut vraiment la peine. Merci au personnel pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous et pour les renseignements que vous nous avez donnés sur la ville. Nous reviendrons certainement et nous le recommandons vivement

I just had the best weekend with my kiddos in Boston! Although I live in MA, we like to take advantage of the city life and explore Bostons historic sights. We stayed at The Whitney Hotel and, as always, it did not disappoint. It's located in the most charming and picturesque neighborhood of Boston with boutique shops and dining options. The staff at The Whitney is amazing… so pleasant and greeted us with such warm hospitality! The rooms were spacious, so clean, and perfect for all four of us to stay. They even had little cozy robes for the kids!! We cannot wait to go back— great weekend at a beautiful hotel!
